My experience was great!!!My brother introduced me to Ziggy auto body my Mercedes was hit very bad!! The customer service was great They also assited me with car rental services taking me to enterprise car rental. They were so helpful it was overwhelming but they went out their way to assist me. My Mercedes looks bran new ❤️ the service and the customer service was amazing 👏!! Thank you !!!!

Ziggys was wonderful to work with. They were fast, efficient and detailed. I had an issue with my insurance approving for a few of the repairs which would have left me with an outstanding balance but Mike at the shop called me (after fighting with the insurance on my behalf) and let me know they would take care of the balance and to think of it as an early Christmas gift! I couldn’t be more grateful ! Highly recommend this body shop for their customer service alone!

What can I say? Somebody backed up their vehicle and bumped into my stationary vehicle. The result? Bent hood, headlights, grille hanging by a thread. Enter Ziggy Auto Body. They brought my 95 Camry back from the dead. Total facelift! New hood, headlights, bumper, fender, etc., etc. Seriously, Ziggy is TOPS. Someone's Camry is someone's Bugatti lol. Highly recommended!

Incredible Work and True Professionalism. Ziggy's has been in business for 40 years. My car got damaged during Hurricane this past week. It's a 2009 and it looks like it just came off the lot. Pics to prove. Phenomenal work. I will always recommend Ziggy's and his Crew.

My experience with Ziggy Auto Body was great. My car was backed up into in a parking lot and caused damage to the hood and to several electrical components causing my car's automatic cruise control, lane departure alert, and automatic braking features to all fail. After a few weeks on the waiting list (well worth it), they got my car in the shop and made the process super easy. They handled the entire process with the insurance company and took care of all of the body work and electrical work without me having to lift a finger. After about 2 weeks in the shop, with most of that time spent waiting for communication from the insurance company, I dropped my rental car off right at the shop and drove mine home which. My car looked brand new - not a single sign of damage and the paint job was on point. The staff was super professional, friendly, and helped explain the entire process to me way better than the insurance rep I was assigned. If I ever need any work done on my car again, Ziggy's will be the first place I call.

Wow. Ziggys. I can say with absolute certainty this is the best autobody shop in the country. For context, I am a female asian pregnant woman who fits the stererotype of clumsy female drivers. I have done my fair share of damage over the years on all my cars and this one was particularly bad. (See photo) However, when I took my car to Ziggys next to my son's school, I was met with utter professionalism, kindness, sincerity efficiency and transparency. Lucas gave me a quote on the spot with different options for the repair and Ahmed made sure to see things through administratively with 0 issues. Mike and his team of engineers ensured that it was restored back to perfection. The team I dealt with at Ziggys were absolute gentlemen and I do not say this lightly, especially not in this day and age when you can get screwed over so easily through bliss ignorance. These guys are the best in the business and have been a dream to work with. Lucas assured me from the moment I met 'not to worry' and he promised "ziggy's will take good care of you". They stayed true to their word and I can't tell you how much I respect that level of honesty. They were transparent from the beginning, no hidden costs, no false advertising and no bullshit sales and no playing on my ignorance as a female driver who has no clue about cars. Despite my husband not being overly pleased with the damage I caused, my husband was blown away at their restoration work. Not only did they fix the damage on time and on budget, they went above and beyond and sorted me with a rental car during repair period. Lucas, Ahmed, Mike, Mario. Thank you. You've restored my faith in this line of business and I know who I can turn to for when I crash my car again.

Ziggy’s is the real deal. Absolute professionals in what they do but still have that old school charm where they make you feel a part of the family. I got into an accident and had to get the car repaired here. Ziggy himself helped find a resolution to make sure that I got everything fixed as per my satisfaction. I highly recommend Ziggy’s Auto Body Shop in Jersey City! They repaired the rear driver-side door on our Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, which had dents and scratches from a tight parking spot. The Mercedes dealership estimated the job would take 2 weeks, but Ziggy’s finished everything in just 1 week and returned the car in excellent condition. They worked seamlessly with our Geico insurance and set us up with a rental. Great work and great service.
