Outstanding! I was getting set to head into the office, when my tire pressure gauge in my 2020 Dodge Charger read, "17 PSI", on my rear, passenger-side tire. I carefully drove the vehicle over to Vavi and was greeted by a gentleman, who then introduced me to his father, Pablo. Quickly, they removed the tire and provided a thorough explanation of how a full tire replacement were required, as not only one but two nails had lodged in, with one puncturing near the edge of the tire and into the sidewall. Pablo did not have a matching used tire (had initially opted for used, as was due for a full four replacement, anyway, with the tires near their life cycle), so I opted to go for a full new four-tire replacement at a highly economical price. With the work estimated at :45 minutes to an hour, Pablo and his staff completed the job in just over a half hour, and I was on my way to the office! I will be scheduling a full rear and front brake (pad) and rotors replacement in a few weeks, as they now have a very satisfied and loyal new customer. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a tire or maintenance need to consider taking their business here ... Just an update AND adding that this past Wednesday, I did, indeed, return to the shop for an evaluation of my rear and front brakes ... the shop had my vehicle on the lift and diagnosed within no more than 20 minutes, confirming what I had suspected prior: I was in need of a rear and front brake replacement. The cost of labor and parts was beyond competitive and 3 hours later, I was driving off with full front and rear brake replacement with rotors and leaving with the peace of mind that my vehicle was properly serviced and secured. Again, I cannot recommend Vavi's Tire Shop enough for tire and basic service needs - knowledgeable, friendly staff that get the job done with integrity, pride, and efficiency.

He charged me $74 for a FLAT TIRE and promised me it will be fixed 100%. However it started to loose air again after few days. I don’t recommend this place.

I was traveling through the area when my engine light came on. I had a very tight schedule with no flexibility and in a position where I could’ve been taken advantage of. I bought a used Honda accord, which I took to them to check it to make sure its a good purchase (they have an auto body side). After making sure it was in good condition and pointing out the things that wasn't I decided to buy the car. The good people here then helped me replace the tires with brand new high quality tires. This actually took place maybe 2 years ago at this point and I drove to Florida and back and still haven't replaced a tire. Not only did they do a great job, but I felt like they actually listened to every concern. Most shops just rush you in and out, these guys are top quality.

This is one of the best mechanic experiences I ever had! They took me an hour before closing for an oil change and noticed that the drip pan screw was wrong. Instead of giving me a crazy charge for the part, they sent me to the auto parts store down the block so I can purchase it myself for cost. When the part wasn't working, they found a way to secure the oil pan and didn't charge me extra! This is a shop the truly cares about customer service and if you live or work nearby you should definitely make this your mechanic of choice! They also have a great used car lot, and this is the kind of place I would trust to purchase a used car. The people here really care about customer service and doing right by the customer! I personal thank you to the owner who even stayed late to make sure everything was okay with my car! I can't thank you enough!

I wasn’t happy with the price here I was quoted $70 before I agrees the 74 when time to pay and the was charged $86 because I used a credit card. I feel the fe be disclosed before charging someone it’s a very high fee and other places change from $50 to 65 for a used tire and tell you if any fees and give you option to get cash. If I was told $86 at first not $70!!!!! I would’ve went to mavis for a new tire. Never again The staff was great but not the price
