NOTE: These guys are a first come first serve shop. If you want service, you have to show up right when they open. They did an amazing job on my Ford Fusion Hybrid. It needed new motor mounts and the mechanics here did a great job. No issues after the parts replaced, I was charged a bit more than I expected to pay, but one of the parts was on backorder for weeks, so I was just happy to get the repair done.

Its hard to find an honest and old school auto shop. They are quite busy which speaks volume to how they are considered for auto needs. There was an issue with one of my brakes where they initially replaced some parts. Some time later, the parts had a manufacture defect where I brough it back to the shop and they fixed the issue with no problems. If your in the Jersey City area, would recommend them for your vehicle maintenance.

I used to really like coming here. They were honest and fair and close to home. Recently they have been busy, sometimes telling me they are unable to complete service for a few days and to call back… no problem, good mechanics aren’t easy to come by. Now, even when you call ahead, confirm your day to come and services needed, show up on time (if you aren’t there by 8 sharp they turn you away) they STILL refuse you. I cannot call 3 times the day before, change my work schedule to arrive at 8 sharp on MULTIPLE back to back days and still get turned away. They need a better system of who actually called in and what they promised to people. I would never turn someone away that I told to come at a certain time to my job. Good mechanic but it’s Russian roulette if they’ll actually take your car. This is a mechanic not a NYC club
