I was here for service on my 2024 Honda Odyssey Sport on 12/19/ 2024. When I got there, a employee Brian in a rude manner told me to get on the line. His behavior was the worst of worst i would never expect a employee in any place to answer in the most rude way. When my car was ready they had it waiting purposely for 2 hours for no apparent reason this was a very horrible and devastating experience. I bought this Honda with all my love but now with this experience at service this shows me honda does not show love for there customers. After this experience i may switch to toyota this is very disappointing.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago
