This Pep Boys location is full of dishonest practices. They allegedly realigned my car for $100, but I say “allegedly” because there was barely any noticeable difference when I picked up the car. Then, they charged me another $100 for a "second realignment," claiming they couldn’t do the job properly due to two car parts needing to be replaced first. They insisted they did the best they could under the circumstances but also said nothing could be done until those parts were fixed. If nothing could be done, why charge me another $100? After the mechanic replaced the parts, I went back to Pep Boys to get the realignment done. This time, they tried to charge me another $100 because their warranty supposedly expired by two days. However, no actual work had been done in the first place, as the mechanic and Pep Boys had both acknowledged that the parts needed to be replaced before any realignment could happen. Despite that, they insisted they had completed the job and pointed to their notes, which only said they “tried their best.” To make matters worse, the manager, Stacy, offered me a $15 discount because the warranty had expired by two days, despite the fact that no realignment had actually been completed. Given that I was a repeat customer and the warranty had only just expired, they should have simply re-performed the service I had already paid for, not offered a discount. At this point, I’ve already paid twice for a service that wasn’t delivered. In total, I ended up spending $200 on a realignment that was never possible due to broken car parts, had to fight off another $100 charge, and was offered a paltry $15 discount when they clearly didn’t do the job. This is a total scam.

You need more professional people. I was waiting to get services and the person in the front was making fun after picking up the phone from a customer call. Saying profanities after hang off the call. The person name is Stacy she was very rude and condescending.
