Wrong diagnostic, will shell out money for something that may not be an issue. Waste of money, better off going to a shop that knows what they are doing because at this shop......IT'S A GUESSING GAME!

Worst Machanic. Very rude, use tricks to make money. Considering himself the world top machanic. But originally very mean person.

Worst mechanic in the jersey city area!!!! He’s introduced himself as CON short for CON ARTIST I went to him to check out a car.. I already had the car diagnosed from a professional mechanic some where else He told the customer I was selling the car to that it had a problem which he couldn’t specify And that it was no good and that the car was going to have transmission problems straight up CON don’t go there there service sucks and they have unprofessional people working with him

The worst mechanic!!! Run away from this place! I took my car here for a water pump replacement because lexus dealership recommended and the only issue with the car, this was 2 days before. It took them 3 days to do it and most likely because they didn’t know how to put it back. They didn’t put all the screws and didn’t assemble the car properly. Just took it to another mechanic since the front wheel was making noise since than, and they said that damage that was done by not assembling all the parts will cost me $2500. Can’t believe it, they can just take your money and do such a damage .

I love this place. Everyone working there and the owner are very friendly, always reliable and do very good work. Last month I had my car broke down 15 mins away this place on a Saturday and it was their closing time, we called them and they were very courteous to wait for us until we arrived and look at our problem. They are very genuine and don't rip you off for money like the other big stores do. Value for money!

I initially found this gem a few years back when I had an old 2001 PT Cruiser that was on it's way out. They helped me as much as they could for as long as they could until they were fairly honest that I was just throwing money at the car and for no good reason. Bought a new car in 2014 and had no need to go since then. Had a battery problem on 11/13/17 and asked to be towed here. Owner is still awesome and it looks like a problem mechanic they had was gone. Read below. The owner just strikes me as incredibly honest and he shares the prices with you he's getting for parts etc. You're also more than welcome to hang around and watch them work, there's nothing to hide and the owner will tell you as much. He did point out that my dead battery should have said Honda on it somewhere since I bought it from a dealership and it did not. Only two issues I've noticed, one is resolved: 1. The place, especially the inside office is small and it's a little chaotic, some may just say not clean and unkept and while I'm not bothered by the conditions of the interior I thought I'd mention the only thing I can see some people having a potential issue with. 2. They had a careless mechanic there when I had my PT Cruiser work done. A few days after I sold it to a neighbor he asked me where the dipsticks were. They're the long pieces of thin flexible steel that allows you to see the fluid levels in the car. Several of them were missing. I thought he was joking at first until I went with him to look at the car. That individual no longer works there who I believe was responsible for this and apparently hasn't for awhile. If the owner or the current mechanics there work on your vehicle you'll be a okay.

Honest owner(Ashraf) and crew. I have been going to him for over 8 years now and I have always had a positive experience. He was recommended to me by a colleague who would drive all the way from Edison (30 miles), which told me a lot about the quality of service. He recommends repairs on my car like it is his own, has never forced an unnecessary repair on me. In fact, I take the recommended maintenance lists that Pep Boys or the dealership generate to him and he will sift through and prioritize them for me. I once had a crack in my rim and he procured a spare for me and charged me a fair price, one that no one could match. To give you a price point - brake light replacement: dealership quote $50, here $10 including labor. Yes, cleanliness is not something to brag about, but unlike a dealership you do not expect to spend multiple hours here. Call upfront, explain the problem to him, he'll tell you best time to come, drop your car off or wait at the front, do some chores and pick it up. Or drop your car in the morning, and pick it up after work. He is hands-on, so he know exactly what his mechanics are doing. I hope to continue coming to him for as long as I can.

I was not satisfied with the service provided to me and I was asked to pay an expensive amount for the poor service. I do not recommend anyone who benefited from his service.

My 2018 Mazda 3 was creaking up storm with worn out front suspension. Brought it in, Khan took a look and test drove it. Recommended Mazda genuine parts. I ordered the parts and they installed it within a few hours for a nominal fee. Great job too, car now feels like when I bought it. Good people, good energy. If you are in JC and need a mechanic, give these gents a try.

I strongly recommend this auto mechanic shop. I needed help with my AC. The manager gave me a clear explanation of what they would do and an estimate. They called me to tell me what the problem was and the final cost in advance, and after the repair, they explained what they did and showed me the part that was replaced. I am very satisfied with the service.
