When accelerating my car was hesitating/vibrating for a second and went away. Worried it was something serious I went to him for advice to see. The main guy drove it and quickly said it was the transmission that needed to be fixed. Since it’s a Toyota I wanted to make sure it was that I decided to just take it to a Toyota dealership and pay that $180.00 for the diagnostic. Turns out it was just an unbalance that the car had and small things like an alignment on some parts. So UNPROFESSIONAL of him to just jump to that conclusion and trying to make me spend $4000 on something I didn’t need AT ALL!★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago

After calling other local shops to inquire if someone can fix my broken driver side mirror. I lucked out walking in to this shop. Dave provided top tier customer service. He understood the severity of the situation and how dangerous it was for me to commute with a dangling mirror and with my child so he stepped in and immediately swapped out the mirror for me.
