The building is nice just not the actual washing part of it left car very blotchy and lots of stains probably could have done better job with a hose and bottle of hand soap....definitely not $12 worth not even $3 worth

Hy-Vee's brushless car wash is very good. The down side is that the price is high (except on Wednesdays-with a fuel purchase, you can get any level of car wash for $6).

Nice and new, pricey and slow. Not for when you're in a hurry. But, all types of washes are $5 when purchased on Wednesdays. Tip: buy on a Wednesday, come back and use the code on another day for shorter lines. Code is usually good for a month. Also, what you get doesn't always seem to match up with you expect (drying, for example). If you notice this, nicely mention it to the gas station cashier and you may get a free wash.

Laser car wash is touch free with water jet Update: 17 July 2019. I am surprised they no longer have $5 washes on Wednesdays. No cancel button if you change your mind looking at prices and want to skip.

Brand new car, under 300 miles on it, I only had it about 2 weeks. Went to thru Hy Vee car wash, `soft touch, there are scratches all over the hood and roof. They denied claim, saying if could have been done at dealership when detailing. Right!!!!! So mad.

Finally fixed the wash equipment. However, they increased price by 40%. Also surprised to find out $5 wash Wednesdays are no longer. I was there a couple weeks ago. They were advertising Rainx and it was still $5 on Wednesday. Tonight it is $14 which is $4 higher than it used to be on regular days. I found out after inserting my credit card and with a line behind me. Really needed the wash and didn't want to make others backup so I could get out. Last time to HyVee for my car.

Took my pickup in today for the $8 Wednesday special, it was special indeed. Selected the "ultimate" wash, and ultimately got nothing for it. Zero soap was dispensed in the wash cycle. It did pump out their surface protectant, so now I have a bunch of grime neatly sealed underneath. Went around to the Hy-Vee gas station to let them know, simply got an "ok thanks" response, not an offer for a refund or even an apology. What a joke.

Car wash was fine but I was really angry and so was the guy next to me that we had to pay for our vacuum cleaning. All the rest of the car washes that are that kind of a price have free vacuuming. When we paid the $0.50 to vacuum the whole nozzle was ripped off of the one vacuum the one of course I picked and there was so much ice around the machine that you slipped and almost fell down trying to get the cord to your car.

Credit card machine down again. Same poor car wash results which leaves dirt behind. The automatic door drips dirty water from the floor right back onto your car after the drying cycle is complete. Terrible design. Cut your prices in half, fix the exit doors, then its worth visiting to remove salt or maintain between a real wash/wax. Competition across the street and they clearly outperform for the money.

I’ve used this wash several times and it does pretty good job of knocking the dirt road and ice off the ole *hitbox. The prices are high and I agree the vacs should be free if you spend $14 on a wash. There’s a $3 car wash I use in the Quad Cities and the vacs are free. I have never found a car wash that actually washes how I like and as a painter I’m very hesitant about bristles touching the paint on the new ride.

I spent $14 at the gas pump expecting a really good wash. However, there were still bits of dirt running from behind the plates and back door, which I could almost understand or forgive if it wasn't for my windows still being cloudy on the outside and the entire car being covered in spots that seemed to be more than just water spots. When I turned on the wipers, a murky gray water was pushed to the side of the window and left a huge mark. This was the interior, touchness wash. This is the second really bad wash I got at this car wash. For the price, this is unacceptable. The other wash with the rags that hit your car, left huge scratches on my other car. My car on this trip was not very dirty, so it really looked worse after the wash than before.

Was nice when it was newer, now it doesn't work very well. One time I went through and it didn't do anything. Half the lights don't work. The spray you can tell isn't coming out evenly all over the car. They need to keep up on the maintenance, not just band aid the thing.

This car wash has gotten worse every single time I try, today will be my last. Nothing seems to work properly - one wheel wash if that, if any soap is applied it might be one instead of all three, underwash doesn’t work. My children probably could have cleaned my suburban off better than this wash. If you want to feel what throwing $14 out the window feels like get a wash here.

I am DONE buying/adding a car wash when I get gas, which I often do. In fact the car wash is one reason why I choose HyVee for gas and groceries. However I will be rethinking my choice for gas and groceries as well. The car wash is out of order way too often anymore. I will never buy it with a gas purchase. In fact there is a new car wash not all that far from HyVee which may become my new place. I like to get my car washed at least once a week, but pretty sure I’m done with HyVee. Sad Day, because I’ve enjoyed the convenience, but no more.

OVERALL: Decent I was looking for an automatic touchless car wash and found this one. WASH QUALITY: Good DRYING: Disappointed (Could have done an excellent job) VACCUM: Decent (Free Vaccum, seems not powerful but did the job as expected) RECOMMENDED: Yes (Try it, it varies on your requirements) NOTE: I clean my car regularly so the wash might be good for me. If you have too much dirt on your vehicle not sure. By the time I visited for my car wash, If you have used Hyvee gas and selected their car wash service, you will be given 4$ off on a 14$ wash.
