Employees are usually nice and helpful. It has a pretty good grocery selection for a drug store. They also have postal service and cash some checks. They also have a fairly large alcohol selection. The only thing I didn't like was the cop there following me around. It made me pretty uncomfortable.

The sales are too short, unless you catch a sale it's an expensive option. I went to one store and caught a sale, I was so stoked I went to another store the next day and though the sale was advertised to still be going it was no where to be found :( I went to the store I found the deal at yesterday and it was already over :'( The fuel saver program system went down and I misplaced my receipt so I'm now out almost a dollar per gallon. These donuts they have right by the door are glazed bread nothing more. The bakery stuff is normally good even though over priced, but these donuts kick rocks. I still use HyVee a lot because it's close to me but if I'm out and about I prefer shopping elsewhere.

Most of the employees are helpful and the managers are getting thier own hands dirty, and Bruce one of the managers was there on his day off,and another thing he will find a substitute for something that they might have run out of! He always wants to keep his customers happy and coming back to the store!..

My gf and I walked into the liquor store and grabbed a bottle of tequila. We walked around the store and grabbed some soda. As we walked up to the counter an old white lady with glasses came up to the guy ringing us up. This lady (I didn’t see her name tag) was holding the same exact bottle in her hand that I was buying. She pointed to us and said oh that is them!! As if my gf and I were on their radar for some reason. But she sees us paying and then says never mind and walks off. My gf asks what that was about to Andrew (who was ringing us up). He stuttered and said she probably saw a bottle missing. My gf then says they thought we were stealing to which Andrew said nothing. Also I want to mention he thought both of our IDs were fake and scanned them more than once and kept staring at them. Honestly, I’ve never been accused of stealing in my life. The moment I walked into the store I noticed that lady staring at me but she didn’t say anything to my face. If you’re going to accuse brown customers of stealing at least do it through your little headsets. I’m a 23 year old brown female. I am actually in pursuit of getting my masters degree in engineering. Bet if they knew that instead of making racist assumptions, I wouldn’t have been accused. Awful to be judged by two random strangers when trying to make a simple purchase.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Their motto of "a helpful smile in every aisle" holds true, and it's awesome that my kids can eat a banana while we shop as well as get a free cookie from the bakery! They have top quality meat at the meat counter, and their produce always seems fresh as well. I also appreciate their checkout lines because if they get too long they're quick to open up another lane (customer service is great)!

This was my favorite place to shop. They have great deals, jaw dropping specials, weekly ads, monthly events, you name it. Sadly, the customer satisfaction based values that kept me coming back have faded. Under new management, employees hired care very little and have even less knowledge about the store. My eggs were bagged with canned goods, raw meat, and fresh fruit. I asked a manager for assistance with wine and spirits. I needed.cooking wine for work, but the gate was still closed at the time. He seemed disinterested in my problem and wouldn't help me. The wine and spirits clerk, however, went above and beyond to fix my problem. About 2 months ago this would have been an easy 5 star rating, but this location is going downhill, fast.

Double charging for money orders here! They charge you a utility fee then charge you a money order fee as well. So you're paying 2x for the money orders. BE WARNED. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS management(Great Guy BTW )did make it right. However,it should have never happened to being with period!💯🤔🤬🤯 THEY JUST USE DIFFERENT WORDS TO Disguise them stealing your hard earned money.

I hope you’re enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday. I completely understand the importance of family time. However, I wanted to bring to your attention that there seems to be an issue with the online status for the store. I checked before heading out, and it indicated that the store was open, yet it was closed upon my arrival. There were several other customers who were also disappointed by this confusion. I would appreciate it if the online status could be updated more frequently to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
