I love this place everybody here knows you, and they treat you like you're a regular. The service is speedy, the client service is friendly and efficient, and the client products are phenomenal. This is a fabulous place to go to everyday if you're one of the community members or if you just stopping by. It is right next to dairy Queen and Hy-Vee and there is a Starbucks in the Hy-Vee, so this place is just a little mini heaven to live next to. Thank you Hy-Vee!

I love my choices of items available here as most of y'all know since I was harassed working in the meat department at Hy-Vee. Since y'all wanted the women to handle your meat. Thank goodness my BIkers Against Child abuse watched it go down and have always kept me safe.

I went to hyvee gas station on bowling st sw today. They had a special on gas from 10-4pm 2.75 and I had 1.75 fuel saver! Anyways they were packed each pump was occupied. I walked in the store to see one employee working ! I asked her , I can't believe on a special like this they don't have at least two people working !? She said there's supposed to be, but other person didn't show! This poor girl did a fabulous job!! I wish I knew her name cause she deserves so much credit ! I have a question though ? Wth would manager leave her alone on a busy day like this ? Wouldn't you think if someone didn't show, then manager would have to step up and fill in especially when it's so busy that every pump at gas station is being used. This teenager who was working was probably only 16 ,17 years old and I just wanr to say , her job skills are great! She so deserves a great job today!! I hope you will see this review cause you so deserve it young lady! You were doing a fabulous job maintaining all alone .

Just left there 5/10/23. The girl that is working don’t know how to give the right change back. My total was $8.06 gave her a $20 she gave me $8.06 back. When I told her change would be $11.94 i only got the .94 cents back not my $3 dollars. I’m glad your drawer will be over 3 dollars now. She needs some better training on the register

Always a good store staff is always friendly and store Is clean , the grill food is good but you gotta watch the times on expiring food. Sometimes if it's close to or past the time it gets placed up front in the warmers for a discounted price ...but you must remind the cashier that it came from there otherwise you will pay full price. And the only reason I gave it 3 stars is this very annoying bad habit that seems to happen all the time around here.. they closed and locked the doors before the actual closing time. The manager that night was just standing at the register most likely waiting to pull his drawer and he wouldn't even move . No acknowledgement that I was at the locked door even. Please do not close and lock up before your actual closing time. I worked a retail job and i know how it goes but we would never rush customers out, never make a closing announcement, around here they are SO ANNOYING with this as they countdown and you hear this repeatedly even though you have an hour to shop or close the store early.

Went to prepay $35 on pump 5. Went out to pump, and it refused to pump. Idk if your technology is messed up or your people just can't listen, but it is way too cold to be going in and out trying to figure out a problem from your end. Took an extra like 10 minutes. I was almost late to my appointment. Do better!
