Cody did a great job on my car. I dropped it off at 8am & picked it up later that afternoon. He was good at emailing me back & getting me a good quote. He got stains out of my seats and around my sunroof that I thought would be impossible! There were some attention to detail things didn’t get cleaned but overall he did an amazing job. He waxed my car & gave me good tips for who I could go to for other services I was needed that couldn’t be fulfilled there. The s staff was very sociable & friendly . Would definitely recommend . Was given excellent service by Cody at Iconic Detailing. I called on a Saturday morning needing interior cleaning/detailing on two sedans. Other shops couldn’t get me scheduled for weeks but Cody made it happen the same day and worked extra hours on Sunday to finished the second vehicle. Massive convenience without compromising quality. I could not have had a better experience with Iconic detailing! I was searching for a detailing service on a Saturday afternoon and Cody offered to get working on my car that same evening! He even drove me a couple blocks to a friends house after I dropped off my car. I only requested the inside to be cleaned (even though the outside was in desperate need) and when I picked up my car, the outside was sparkling! He went above and beyond for no extra charge despite his already great prices. I could not recommend him enough!

Cody was able to get me in right away for an interior deep clean after someone got sick in my car. He was finished within a few hours and took a lot of special attention, including taking my whole seat out. He said if the smell came back, he would do another complimentary clean. Cody did an exceptional job. He not only picked my vehicle up from my house and drop it back off but he did an incredible job! I did a lot of driving through the winter and didn't wash my vehicle one time. It was very dirty and there was lots of build up. He took his time and put in great effort! Everything from the engine bay to my custom 22-in black rims looks amazing! Everything is so shiny and slick. He even shampooed the seats. I am 100% satisfied and I highly recommend iconic detailing!

he did the bare minimum I got the car back and it still smelled and was wet inside he didn’t even get most of the he stains didn’t do an indebth cleaning now I am having to detail it my self for the 2 ed time don’t go to this guy it’s a major rip off. I’m pissed and i want a refund He made it look like he did a great job. Not only did i have to pay 240 plus the tip I have now has to spend hundreds of dollars on cleaning supplies to just do it my self I would post pics but idk how

Excellent service by Cody at Iconic Detailing. Called to get my Ford Escape Ceramic Coated they had my vehicle in the shop within the hour. Cody explained everything thing from prep, polish, and application of coating. I went with the 5 year warranty package he recommended. When I picked up my car I was amazed all the water spots were removed the coatings and products they use are top shelf. Been to a few detail shops in Boise area, this is the best customer service, experience, and service there is for a detailing shop in Boise. Thanks again Cody!

Iconic detailing is my go to detail shop. I just I had my Toyota and Audi detailed inside and out including the rims and tires. The outcome was nothing short of fantastic. It was very easy to schedule and I received a confirmation call to remind me the date and time of my appointment. The shop is conveniently located next to the interstate heading into down town. Plenty of parking in the lot with a drop box make it a breeze to drop your vehicle off at anytime day or night. The staff and employees are really nice and do a great job on addressing any issues or concerns you may have. I called on a Saturday morning. They provided an estimate on price and time to complete the vehicle over the phone allowing me to make plans to drop the vehicle off. The waiting area is nice as well . I was able to call receive a quote and schedule in my Audi the same day within the hour of calling. Upon arrival of pickup up my car it I was greeted and the car looks amazing. The exterior received a complete hand wash, clay, and iron decontamination. Following that a wax was applied to help protect the paint and give it an ultimate shine. The interior had the carpet shampooed and extracted with a nice scent and all the plastics had been shined and conditioned. All of the interior had been steam cleaned as well. Cody is easy to work with does a great job and I will be recommending Iconic detailing.

Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. He did not even wax my car. The inside he was supposed to detail the leather . Put a protector on this leather. He did nothing. I have pictures. It's disgusting. For the amount of money that he charged, this is absolutely disgusting. Don't believe the five star reviews with 106 people. Cody, I have asked five different people if they feel the inside in the leather was cleaned and conditioned. Sorry to say I couldn't get one out of five.

Cody was thankfully able to see me on short notice because there was a big stain on the side of the car I just bought. I was anxious about it because I thought it would be a very expensive repair but the prices here were very reasonable. He did a thorough job and was friendly and my car looks GREAT! Iconic has my business for life!
