Ideal is a great service center. They didn’t even charge me at all for fixing my alignment because they found the rack and pinion to be bad which is going to keep my car steering right. They are very honest, straightforward, and cooperative. Not only do they uphold integrity, but they are quick and efficient with their work. Definitely recommend.

Ideal legitimately goes farther than the extra mile to ensure my mom’s car is running as close to a brand new car as possible. I would give Ed and the whole team an extra star if I could. They got my truck in the shop the morning after I called. Using computer analysis they determined my truck needed less work than the Firestone near my house had claimed it needed and they saved me $900!!! So far, my truck is running fine and the problem I was having with stalling is gone. This will now be my regular shop. Thank you guys!

I have been bringing my car here for a couple years now since I moved to the Orlando area. Everyone here is so honest and helpful. They won’t sugarcoat anything or try to sell anything extra that my car doesn’t need. Ray and Ed helped me recently with issues with my car, and treated me like I was family when it came to advice on what to do. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else as long as I live here. Even for simple oil changes, they’ll have my vehicle ready to go in an extremely timely manner. Highly recommend!

I have a silver 2013 cadillac ATS with over 115k miles. As you all probably know these Cadillacs over 100k miles tend to have many problems. I’ve been coming here for over a year and half and ideal service center always takes great care of my car. Fair,honest people working here. I recently had the pleasure of having ED work on my car and this guy is a top tier customer service mechanic.
