Very Rude… Truck was there for a week in a half and no one touch it.. The lady Crystal kept lying telling me they was working on it they never touch it … All I ask for true information why lie about it… I have never experienced such disrespect…

I would recommend idea transmission if you have penty of money to keep giving them. Since a warranty is something they dont stand behind.. thanks guys at idea, great shop!

Brought my car here because someone recommend them they told me nothing was wrong brought it's to the dealership and they found out the problem I would never tell to bring their car here and the owner is an ass

Very rude I had my transmission serviced here car still shifted hard to second gear was told the car is suppose to shift hard when it didn't before. I was told I was delusional an i need to just deal with it. Never go to a shop as a woman alone EVER

I took my car to get the transmission checked I payed almost 600 to have him tell me it would cast 2000 to replace parts I told him I was coming to get the car when I did they brought me my transmission in pieces said it would be another 600 to put it back I don't even know if it is the right transmission or if all the parts there

This place did good my truck had a bad solenoid they had it changed out quick, not too bad on price as I looked up prices on parts, the people there were nice. I hope I don't have to bring my truck again to a shop but if I do I would bring it there again.

At Ideal Transmissions the ladies in the office and the mechanics that do all the work were so helpful. I did not know what was wrong with my vehicle and they took the time to explain the problem to me, made me feel comfortable about the work they would perform and answer all my questions. Total rip off. I took in my car for a $1200 repair that ended up costing me $3800. They told me they completely rebuilt my transmission, and not a month later I started having the same issue with my transmission. Since it was still under warranty I took it back to them and they took 2 months to get the part in to repair my car, and said it was just the valve body (the $1200 originally quoted issue and price). The first time they "repaired" my transmission they had my car almost 3 weeks. The second time they had it 2 days. I had the same issue with my transmission both times, I'm not sure how they could fix it the first time by rebuilding the transmission and the second time it only took a valve body to fix it. I would call to check on the car/part and they would never return my calls. For what I spent on this "rebuild", I could have completely replaced the transmission. I got screwed any way you look at it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called a few times to try and get my vehicle fixed for a likely electrical issue with transmission. First time I called I was told tech would be in the next Thursday so I called that day and was asked to leave my number and the tech ECT would call me when they got back from other shop because they still wasn't back....it's been over a month and still nothing and now because of it things have fallen apart for me and gotten worse situation/life wise because of it and now likely unable to afford to have it towed there due to hotel cost ECT waiting around on them and every other place I called couldn't help ECT ...must be the area in general
