Never seeing a Great Lake, my wife and I drove up from Indiana. Upon arriving and unloading the car at our rental, I noticed the back right tire was low. A nail in the tread! Three o'clock and frantic, I found Ihle's nearby. One call! Ten minute drive! In the door to a smiling face. Fifteen minutes and the tire was repaired. Great people, service, and price! Friendly too! Jason and his crew are the best of the best. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Due to problems a few weeks ago, I had to have my the brakes done at another out of state service provider. Upon return to Saugatuck loud noises and vibrations started and continually worsened. The Ihle team found an issue with the reinstall of my wheels instantly. They repaired and literally saved me from a dangerous disaster. They are truly a go to group of professionals and I recommend them completely.

My son's Nissan had been in disrepair for quite some time and was finally flatbed towed to Ihle to see if they could diagnose issue, in this case multiple, and get it back on the road again. Not only did they thoroughly look over and diagnose issue, they fixed it in a very timely manner and the cost was a good value for their time, parts and our peace of mind. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate using their shop again for any of our vehicles. I highly recommend Ihle Auto Service and am so thankful to have a station of such high quality in such a small town!

Highly recommended service. I was having caliper issues on my car, and Ihle’s Auto Service came through, by fixing my car with a new caliper, new brake shoes and a new hydraulic brake line. They helped me get back on the road, so I could get to Wisconsin, to help my 87 year old mom get to her surgery appointment on Wednesday.

My wife and I were visiting town and somehow picked up a utility knife blade in our truck tire. We made it to Ihle's on a wing and a prayer and a basically flat tire. Anthony and another gentleman tried to patch it but it could not be fixed. Anthony found us two new tires and had us fixed up the next day. We could not have been happier with the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff there, especially Anthony and Amber. They were amazing. It's a great shop and I would not hesitate to return.

I was on my way to Wisconsin from Michigan and got into some car troubles with a part underneath my car that became loose. I sat on the side of the road for a little bit overwhelmed and then turned to Ihle Auto for assistance. Great service and price. Tire low indicator light came on in South Haven. Filled it up, but only got to Saugatuck Blue Star exit before the light came on again. My husband was going to change to the spare tire, but Ihle was right down the road so we drove there. Young man helped us right away! He found the object that had penetrated the tire, repaired it and we were back on the road within 20 minutes! Highly recommend going here for your service needs!

Service visit for my Toyota Tundra So, as is common in Michigan, i was unable to avoid a giant pothole. Immediately after striking the pothole my truck was making a awful howling metallic sound. I took the truck to Ihle for an inspection. They were quick to get me in and efficient fixing my problems. I have taking vehicles to them many times for a range of services. Dave and his team are amazing!!! We broke down on our trip and Dave took time to help give us ideas on what to try, loaned us tools to take back where we were broke down to help us get it running again to get it our motorhome to his shop where him and his team worked their magic and quickly to get us back on the road.
