Once again, my car was dinged up in a collision. I took it to Imperial Auto Body and these guys made the process so easy and hassle free. They took care of everything regarding the rental, gave me a realistic timeline, kept me up to date with with emails, and even had my car finished a day early. Most importantly, the work was flawless! You could never tell that my car had been in an accident a week earlier. These guys are experts and have mastered their craft. Karl at Imperial Auto Body in Bethesda was extremely helpful with a very difficult case when our family car was severely damaged by a fallen tree limb and delayed for an extended period because of Honda USA’s part delays (being on critical back order). Despite delays and frustrations (and costly car rental bills not covered by insurance), we could rely on Karl and Imperial AB to keep on top of this unbelievably long process so any progress we made wasn’t lost. Thankfully our car was finally repaired once Honda supplied the part (which had to be delivered twice because of shipping damages) after 7 long months. Throughout Karl was vigilant in helping us to understand arising complications, answering all of our questions, following up on any reported changes of the situation’s status, and letting us know what we could do to exert any influence with the other parties (including our insurance company) to make sure our car could eventually be fixed and returned. Highly recommend!
