I would highly recommend that before purchasing a car here you take it to a mechanic. I brought the car in with issues while still under warranty and was told nothing wrong. I've had the car 7 months and have put in 1k in repairs and looking at another 4800. The issues have been verified by two separate mechanics. And only put 6k miles on. Looks like others had good results buying here. Me ...not so much. UPDATE turns out the engine was missing a part. Definitely recommend you have an independent mechanic check it out before you buy

The business owner and his wife are exception people. I bought my first Audi A6 from them 7 years ago, its been the best car I've ever owned. I highly recommend them for your next European car. I purchased a 2008 Bentley Continental GTC from Patrick several months ago. Patrick ensured that the car was inspected from top to bottom and when the headlight didn’t work, he fixed it. He was extremely honest and fair with me throughout the negotiations and he was polite and professional. The car is a dream to own because it was well taken care of by Import Auto. Months later I had a minor issue with the car and I called Patrick for his opinion. Not only did Patrick spend quite a bit of time on the phone with me but he patiently walked me through the issue. He also followed up with texts and phone calls. Patrick gave me sage advice that literally saved me over $10k! As a result, I will not buy an exotic car from anyone but Patrick and Import Auto in the future even though I live in a different state. I will drive the distance because he has proven to be honest and reputable. I highly recommend Import Auto especially if you want to invest in an exotic car. They are the best!!!

I recently purchased an Audi A6 from Import Auto. This was far and away the best car buying experience I've ever had. I literally felt treated as if I was buying an expensive piece of fine art. It's been a little more than a year and half since I purchased my 1996 BMW Z3 from Patrick and his associates. No buyer's remorse whatsoever. The car has absolutely lived up to its billing in terms of quality, reliability, and sheer joy in the sun even though it's approaching nearly 30 years old! Couldn't be more happy with the purchasing experience, and Patrick's helpfulness and attention to detail. I brought my BMW in to get a tire leak patched and also to get the dashboard looked at because a host of lights were coming on. They told me they did a ‘thorough inspection’ and found the cause of the dashboard lights to be an issue with my brakes master cylinder. The cost to fix was astronomical. I then brought it to my dealership to get their opinion; they had it all day, ran every single diagnosis and test, and found the car to be 100% fine and safe to drive. Also; the tire that they so called ‘patched’ came right back to low pressure the next day. Do not recommend this place.

Stay away from them!!! Worse dealership! Sells you lemons and then makes up bull about repairs! I bought a BMW 335i from him a little over a year ago and only after 2 weeks of having it problems started. I had a 30 day warranty and they had the car for about 2 weeks to "fix all the issues". Now 1 year and $3000.00 later still having issues. Tried calling them this last time when problem happened and no one ever called us back!! I am not the only person they have screwed over! More people I talk to tell me about similar experiences. I will spread the word about them to other people. Don't buy anything from!!

They have technology that allows them to diagnose issues with newer Volvos that other service stations may not be able to understand or may miss. Joann and Patrick were a true pleasure to work with. We drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a gently used BMW convertible (yes, in January), and it was certainly worth the drive. Not only was the vehicle ready for us to test drive, kept in the garage after two feet of snow, but Patrick greeted us professionally and his communication was impeccable. He is very knowledgeable, as he has been in the business for over 30 years. He explained financing and insurance and everything in between. His wife, Joanne handled everything with the bank and insurance and ensured everything processed smoothly.They were very patient and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and informed. With their help, I was able to purchase a beautiful low-mileage 2019 Audi Q5 for a very good price. And they deal with the DMV for you! Could not ask for a better experience!
