I had an issue with my car not starting. I called at least 8 different shops and none of them were willing to take the time to answer my questions or troubleshoot the issue. When I called Import Auto Works I spoke with Billy who assisted me over the phone for more than 20 minutes. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he also gave me his input and advice. This is the kind of service you never find anymore and is absolutely rare. Because of his willingness to answer my questions, for FREE, he has earned my business for a lifetime. Thank you.

I drive my late Mom's vehicle and was in need of some auto repairs. I found Import Autoworks through a Google search. From my initial phone call, I felt I had found the right place. I set up an appointment with Billy, and felt immediately comfortable with him. I walked into the shop and KNEW I had found the right place. Billy and Tommy were professional and informative. I was invited to the bay to see exactly what was going on with the vehicle and educated as to what repairs needed to be done. The necessary work was completed in a timely manner and the car is running better than it has in years. I trust Import Autoworks with my car. Bill is very knowledgeable when comes to my car problems. Ryan is awesome. I've been a customer since I have my current and previous car. The place is easy to access, clean, and organized. Bill shows the problem before the job is started which I like. The repair charges is very unbeatable compared to other auto repair shop I've been in the past. I trusted my car repairs with them. I recommend Import Autoworks to my family and friends....this is the only shop I want my car service for maintenance and repair ever....one satisfied customer. *04.10.17 I just want to have oil change today but I notice other problems in my car and ask Bill to check what's wrong with it. He shows me the problem that I'm worried about. It's major problem and very dangerous to drive if not taking care of right away. Talking about Honesty and Integrity? Billy and Tommy are the two people you can TRUST to work on your car. I trust them 100%. I don't have anyone else touch my BMW, but these two guys. I can rely on them for honest service. They will not give you a "run around" they will explain to you thoroughly what you need to get done on your car, what parts, what labor involved, and how much is the cost of parts and labor, and how long it would take to get the job done. This shop is the most trustworthy shop I've ever been to. They're prices are un beatable, they charge roughly 40% less on labor than any other franchise auto shop. They're quick, clean, and helpful. They have intiment knowledge about cars and they'll even take some time with you, 1 on 1, and talk about your car and its issues and they even do payment plans to help you out even more. I came to them with a Prius that was in awful shape. These guys are so wonderful that I couldn’t not write an awesome review. They are honest, kind, courteous, and so knowledgeable. They set reasonable expectations, but will still go the extra mile for you. They do all they can to get you going again, and as fast as possible despite being so busy. The atmosphere is actually very welcoming, and I can’t think of any other shop that has been this great in the entire valley area. These gentlemen really know their stuff; they are true mechanics which is getting harder and harder to find now days. I trust them with routine maintenance as well as the complicated fixes. The drive to Glendale from anywhere in the valley is worth it. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I've had my brakes changed twice, my front rotors changed once and my brakes have squeaked from day one! My brakes have been squeaking from day one I call and tell them about the issue and they tell me that it doesn't affect how the car drives. I feel this car is unsafe to drive at this point, I have ubered home back and forth a half dozen times and have called off work giving them the benefit of the doubt. If my car isn't fixed today, I'm suing them and I'm not a sue happy person. This is a Phorche Macon, it will be going to the dealer tomorrow if it's not repaired today. I will update as needed. If they fix my vehicle I will remove this review.
