I booked online to have Indepth detailing come out and detail my truck while we were in town. The truck was super dirty as it hasn't had a proper clean in over 18mos and even longer for a proper wax. Just to add to the exterior dirtiness we had just returned from the mountains where it saw a fair bit of off road use, and I am pretty sure every inch of the interior was covered in either dog hair or sand from days at the lake. The crew showed up a bit late but I knew that was a possibility from the information on the site(travel times etc). They worked hard for hours and by the time they left the truck looked almost new. I didn't opt for any of the advanced paint correction but did get a full interior/exterior detail and let me tell you, this thing shines... so much so I am going to feel bad taking it off road again :D Thanks for the quick turn around and quality detail.

I made an appointment 4 days ago. I showed up this evening for my scheduled appointment time and no one was at the shop. I was finally able to get ahold of one of the employees who seemed to have no knowledge of my appointment or any sort of customer service skills. After taking a moment he was able to see my appointment that had been made on June 7th and offered that I could leave my car in the lot with the keys and he would drive down there and complete the job. As I had dinner in the oven I decided against my best judgement to leave my car and hope that he would get the job done. He texted me 45 minutes later and let me know that he would not be completing the job and may be able to do it tomorrow instead. This is unacceptable to me as I have a busy work schedule and chose this day and this shop specifically because their hours accommodated my schedule. Based off of the level of disrespect I received, I would seriously recommend spending your money elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, organization, and customer service I have experienced.

I was recommended Budget Detailing by Indepth detailing totally last minute but they were able to put me in thier schedule the night before on the weekend which was great for me. Once I arrived, it took Adam I want to say 20 to 30 minutes to get my Black Camaro all squared away with a wash looking great infact and the price was VERY good as well. For sure coming back when I need another!

Joe was fantastic to work with, and very accommodating to my busy schedule as full time working single mom. he even came to my work, picked my car up and detailed it, and had it back on my lunch break for me... he even had to sit out in the parking lot for a few minutes while I finished up a few things. They're definitely not your typical business-minded, run of the mill, only looking for a check type of people. You can have a real life conversation with them. I only just met Joe the day before and felt like I'd known him for years. Thank you guys so much you did a wonderful job for the price. and I have to give a shout out to Chris over at in-depth detailing for referring me to budget detailing!

Took my near ten year old car in to get detailed, it was pretty beat up and used. It had been a high school car/college car for three people and had been through the ringer. Luke said it would take 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours and was done when he said it would be. The interior of my p.t cruiser is beautiful, like new, and they gave me great advice for how to maintain my brand new car. They will definitely be on my radar for more cleanings and detailings!

Most shops detailing shops are oriented toward high-end vehicles and premium services, but if you just have a regular car that needs some regular attention, these guys have got you covered! While they are geared toward budget services, their work is excellent and their customer service is even better. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for great service and value!

Adam was great as well as the gentleman that answered my call. Very good with communication and accommodation to my schedule. Did wonders on my 17 year old truck interior. Expectations exceeded. Can’t beat the price- was well worth it. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend giving it a shot and treating yourself. It’s like driving your vehicle off the dealership lot all over again.

Adam got me on the schedule immediately and he did an AMAZING job! My car looks fantastic and I’m so pleased that I found these guys.
