Searched the Treasure Valley for a transmission shop that could help me resolve some issues i was having with my 2006 Ford F-250 4x4, the truck has 362K miles on it and was getting a clunking sound when shifting into final drive, i took the truck to their shop and Alex took it for a test drive, Alex said there were some internal issues going on with the transmission and that a rebuild would solve the problems... I left the truck there for 3 days, when i picked it up and drove it, it shifted like it did when it was new,i am very pleased with the work he did and would recommend him highly... Thanks Alex.

Took my 6l80 in for a rebuild. Was quoted $2600-$2800. After tear down, got a call that it was actually going to be $3400. Said I'll just come get it and buy a new one. Am now told it will be $800 to put the broken one back together. I said don't put it together. Told me it's $300 to take it apart since it took 3 hours. I don't know anything about transmissions and I got it back together in an hour. Complete predators. Don't bring anything here.
