The overall quality of work seems to be good at this shoppe . But good luck with customer service . We took our car for a spoiler upgrade and caliper coating . The spoiler came out fine - and we had to postpone caliper coating due to machine failure ( the shoppe sends them out ) . At the time we were told it would be few weeks wait to come back . Months went by with zero communication. When we reached out again to inquire about this service in addition to other services , we were simply blown off with no response to messages etc . We won’t be back .

I’ve had Bobby detail my cars throughout the years and I’ve always been impressed with the final results. I make the drive from eastern Massachusetts to have him take care of my cars. He always keeps me in the loop with the progress of the car, and makes recommendations on how to keep my car’s paint healthy for years to come. You would be foolish not to get your car detailed by him.

This is not your corporate auto detail company like most generic places where your just another person dropping off your car and talking to multiple people. I met the owner (Bobby) and specifically went over what I wanted done. He gave me his time, it was a relaxed environment and he was very easy to speak too. Places like this have become so rare in the auto industry where you can feel comfortable and important. Working with down to earth people should be appreciated more.

I dropped off my brand new Sierra to Bobby after watching his work on social media for the past 9 years. I wanted the best in paint protection for that truck and he did a 2 stage paint correction and System X ceramic coating on everything. It was a huge difference seeing the truck after. The first picture was when I took delivery and the other 2 were after ceramic coating. I would definitely have him do the next one.
