My wife took her Dodge Durango here almost two months ago for an oil change. The service was not good. She had just cleaned her car and had it nicely detailed inside. The employees left shoe prints all over the inside of her driver seat floorboard( no courtesy mats). They also did not reset her oil light. They also used an impact on the oil pan plug and now it will not come out and is stripped. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!at least they changed the oil…. So they said…

I know some of this family & was truly sad to have to give a bad review. But after 1 1/2 years of waiting for that call I feel they have left me no choice. I took my brother's truck in to get couple of new tires & ask them to put best tire taken off on the spare because it was flat. The salesman wrote it on receipt & told me no problem. The next day I realized that the spare still had same flat tire. When I went back to Ink's, salesman discovered they had forgotten but unfortunately used tires had already been sold to junk tire dealer. He was supposed to call me when he had another one available. After weeks of no call I checked again only to be told that was an unusual size tire that they rarely saw anymore. I suggested that they owed me a tire even if they had to purchase the tire themselves. The third time I called they just told me they couldn't help me. I was always patient and polite but maybe I shouldn't have been. So if you want my recommendation, " don't buy from ink." Their word is no good.

First off I just want to put out that before I brought my car up here everything was running good. Went to get my front struts did overpriced and came out almost a grand with me bringing my own parts. I get it fixed and literally a week later my radiator starts leaking bring it back to inks and they tell me it was leaking when I came in but they didn’t notify me of the problem or anything. Keep in mind it’s still not running hot so they fix the radiator which was 689 literally after I leave the shop it start running I bring it back the tell me I need a new thermostat which I knew was a lie because I already had them replace that before after they cracked my water pump … but I tell them to replace the thermostat they call me and tell me I need a block flush which was 3 some now they telling me I have a blown head casket but the car is showing no signs of a blown head gasket and they saying it’s gone be 2500 to change I will not be paying that…..do yourself a favor and don’t come to ink’s here they will over charge you and mess your car up and get mad when you tell them the problem wrong with your car is not what they told you

My mom has taken her truck up there several times and they’ve never fixed it. She’s been having the same problems and has spent a lot of money on this one problem it seemed like one problem turned into 3 more they fix everything but what you actually come there for.

Arrived at 7:15 am for an oil change and to check a coolant leak, took them two hours just to do the oil change, and never checked the coolant leak. Definitely going other places from now on. Update, took five hours to get a hose replaced, take it home and next day it overheats and pops a check engine light, take it back and they tell me they never let the coolant system get up to temp so it didn't get filled properly and that when they were working on it they never put an evap line back on. They fixed it free of charge but still not happy.

BEWARE!!!!! I had a back brake job done here. Not even a month later my brake pads began to scrub metal to the metal rotor, causing damage to my rotors and calipers. I don’t live in that area, and was only there because I had down time in that area so I figured I’d do preventative maintenance on my Dodge Ram 3500. Well that became a nightmare because do to the lack of honesty. There is no way brake pads would wear down in a 3 week period. I don’t care what’s going on with the unit. Nevertheless I ended up taking my truck to a reputable auto mechanic in the atlanta area and was told the brake shoes they put on if they even changed them looked old. When I reached out to Ink they wanted me to bring in all the parts that was replaced and when I finally did that they came up with all kinds of excuses to not even give me half to the 2.300.00 I spent on there mess up. It’s a sad day when the customer can’t earn an honest living without someone ripping them off. BEWARE!!!!

So disappointed in this business. I took my car on a Saturday and was told to bring it back on Monday to be fixed. They had my car all day Monday and didn’t touch it because they supposedly had 4 mechanics out. Tuesday came & they advised what the issue was but the price was ridiculous to fix, so I advised I would just take it somewhere to be fixed. Got my car to another shop and was immediately sent a picture showing my heater core was broken. Inks didn’t advise me at all of this. I was so angry that this company has no integrity and service was just horrible. I will NEVER ever go to these people again.

I went to get a new tire. That process went smoothly and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, once I picked my car back up after having to get three new tires instead of one, I noticed that my car was telling me to service the tire pressure system and it was not giving me any readings on my tire pressure. So I took it back to the shop to get them to look at it as I thought maybe a sensor needed to be reset. After looking at it for about 30 min, I was told by an older gentleman that I was missing two tire pressure sensors and that they were already missing when I brought the car to them. Which is a lie that I did not appreciate. The same gentleman then had the gall to try to sell me some more sensors and told me that back in his day, they did not have tire pressure sensors. I'm not quite sure what that had to do with the sensors on my car but alright. Then, I noticed that one of the tires that they sold me was almost flat the next day. I want to get them to fix what they messed up but I'm not giving them any more of my money and you shouldn't either. There are many other tire places in town that do good work. You and your money will be better appreciated at those other places.

Horrible, don’t bring vehicle here. I took it twice for the same problem and my vehicle is still having the same issue. I feel like they ripped me off. Lots of money spent and my vehicle is still not fixed. Should not have the same problem after taking it not once but Twice and they weren’t nice enough to give some type of discount for still having to take it back a second time. Don’t waist time or money here. Absolutely so sad. Now they want me to take it back a 3rd time and there is no way I am trusting them a third time with my vehicle. It’s sad in these times when everything has gone up and I’m a single mother depending on this vehicle to get to work and provide for my son and to take him to school and day care. My vehicle is a 2014 Honda CR-V.

Recently took both of our vehicles here for maintenance and suspension repairs. James was great to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done, walked us through their repair process, and answered all of our questions prior to the work being completed. Overall, it was a great experience with a local mechanic shop. I hope to not need their services for a while, but when I do, I know where I'm taking my vehicle.

Amazing customer service. Fast service. Got new tires and was in and out in less than 45 min. Great local shop. I will return for oil changes! Would highly recommend. Dealing with Regan was so simple. Loves his job and loves Monroe. Oh and the pricing was unbeatable!

I used to have a good experience here, but that has all changed! Brought my car in to have the rear differential replaced. Their quoted labor rate is $110 an hour, and I have no problem with that. After 3.5 hours I get a call that my car is ready but because "the book says it takes 6 hours", I'm still being charged $662.40 for labor. That's $190 per hour!! No attempt was made to make it right. What a ripoff!! Never going back again....

I had them replace tires and do the brakes on my daughter's car and they took care of it. I live in Baton Rouge so I talked on the phone with Don and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I told my daughter to bring it back every 5 K for oil change and tire rotation. I was very pleased with the service

Went to get a new tire, oil change, and a front end alignment and my battery worked just fine before bringing them my car and now I can’t get it to start. They had to jump me off in the parking lot. They refuse to replace the battery. Sad thing is I’m not the only person this has happened to of you read more reviews others have had issues with their battery too. Wish I’d looked at the reviews before bringing my car here. DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw you over!

They will rip you off in a heartbeat. Call around before taking your vehicle here. I made that mistake once but will not make it again. Tried to charge me over $500 to fix just one brake. Money-hungry business. Their commercials and advertisements will have you thinking it’s the cheapest place in town, but going there is a totally different story.

02-23-2026, 4:30pm c.t., [U.S.A.] Ink's Firestone played a pivotal role in depriving me of my property by calling it "abandoned" and having their co conspirator, Bear Towing, take my 2010 Dodge Journey SE, without my permission, proceeding in attempts to extort excessive storage fees without notice to me. They made no contact with me and went on to take my automobile. This happened after I visited their place of business and told them I would be back to pick up my car a.s.a.p. This is a rude and unscrupulous place with which to do business. Make another choice for your car service. You could be robbed blind.
