Dave and his crew are top notch. Originally took my Hyundai to them for a potential engine replacement and instead of taking on the work he researched my 100K mile warranty and found out that I qualified. Integrity isnt just their name, its their values as well. I ended up having them replace my radiator for much cheaper than anywhere else and it was a really quick turn around. Simply the best, they will continue to be my mechanic shop for all of my servicing needs.

Couldn't have been better. I'm in a wheelchair and was stranded in my special needs Rv. They could have taken advantage of me considering my situation. They took on an unorthodox job by repairing my lift in the side of my RV. Repaired and replaced the pins in the lift. They took great care in completing the job way above my expectations. Lift is better than new and works amazing. I'm back on the road and have this company to thank. Their pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend anyone needing their services to give them a call. I really appreciate the team at Integrity Auto Care. They treated my wife and I super respectfully. Then, they got both of our cars in on the same day, one without an appointment (due to an unexpected check engine light). Also, they got the problems taken care of, and they were very reasonable on the price. Also, they checked on something that another shop told us we needed and confirmed there was no problem. Last but not least, my wife observed they treated everyone who came into the lobby the same way, very respectfully. Back ground: I took my 1978 Bronco, that I'm restoring to a shop for a tune up since they replaced this motor in 2018. After 7 months of excuses I got my Bronco back and it still needed a tune up. I was referred to Integrity Auto Care by my company whom have a fleet of vehicles and buses. Tech Jeff took a look and listen to my Bronco and identified several issues with the install and timing performance. He then took time and isolated a defective timing balance pulley that went undetected by the former shop..Now my Bronco runs smoothly like it hasn't in years. Thank you Integrity Auto Care and Jeff for going the extra mile and well under the price I expected for the service and parts. I'll be back!!

This place and these people are so amazing! My cars AC was dead for 5 years. I had multiple mechanics give me a variety of different quotes and possible issues it could be. I shopped around (again) and got many quotes all around COS springs. I ended up choose this shop bc it was family owned business. Dave came outside and educated me on the car, the parts, and possible fixes, etc. And they price matched another quote I got. They got my car in and out in an afternoon. They checked in on my after the service as well. I highly recommend them!

The may be a lot of automotive shops in the Springs, but Integrity is the only one we trust to service all of our vehicles. They not only do excellent work (I've delivered some real problems and they're batting 1000 on all vehicles) but they also charge a fair and reasonable price. They make the decision on where to take our vehicles incredibly easy with their years long track record of impeccable and honest service. Dave and his team are the real deal and in my biased opinion they're the only choice you should consider for your vehicle needs.

Went there for an oil change an tire rotation on my 2.7L 2008 Toyota Tacoma only to have them say that I have a stage 1 oil leak that will cost me $6k to repair…they said they needed to remove the engine for it to be done. I didn’t buy this diagnostic at all so I went for a second opinion. I took it to another mechanic who looked at the oil pan and said that there were barely any bolts mounting the pan to the engine and that the problem was fixed with the right amount of bolts. Problem was fixed in a matter of minutes and didn’t cost me a cent Never going to this mechanic again. Lacking attention to detail, greedy and down right dishonest. The fact they are called integrity auto care is ironic. If you like paying for services that shouldn’t be done and like having a lighter wallet, this place is for you.

My husband is a old mechanic. Now, he is a machinist, working 50 to 60 hrs. So all we needed was a simple full diagnostic. So he can decide what work he can do in the few hours he has off, or what work, that a shop can do. Some shops around Colorado Springs charged well over $150 per diagnostic. Meaning oil leak over $150. Check engine light over $150 per diag, ex... Then that diagnostic price does not go to fixing the problem or any work they do. Integrity Auto did a full diagnostic for $130ish and that price goes to the work getting fixed. My husband now knows some of the issues that needs fixed. I love my old car and I do not want a new one. When taxes come and my husband doesn't wanna do certain work. We will definitely be bringing our hard earned money to Integrity Auto. They're professionalism, morality, honesty and integrity was proven in just a few hours. I definitely recommend Integrity Auto.
