I can't thank this team enough for getting my dream vehicle overhauled. They fixed all my mechanical problems (it needed a lot of work), painted the problem areas, and restored the rest of the paint job. This is truly the one-stop shop! You can trust the front office, mechanics, and owners Ruben y Ruben. They sure do live up to their name "Integrity". You don't have to worry about being taken advantage of with this shop. Unfortunately, the girl answering the phones at the Edinburg location doesnt return calls and does not listen to their client when they are sharing the vehicles concern, make, model and year. Which I find so alarming being that the company has really great reviews. Which is why my husband went seeking their business for a 1971 classic pick up truck tune up. Long story short we inquired almost a month ago. Heard nothing so called again today and she was reatedly told the vehicle information and concern and still could not recall or give a follow up. With that said we wont be going here for the work needed. Very disappointed, I hope everyone else has a better experince. 1/2 a star if that.

I have a 2015 Dodge Charger. I stopped by to get a quote. From the beginning Eliza was very helpful and quoted me on the cost of an ac diagnostics. I set an appointment since in the RGV a car ac is a must. During the time they were fixing the ac issues they found other issues and again Eliza explained that it was recommended. I decided to fix the issues that cause issues in the long run. The day I picked up my car Johnny was very professional and explained what was happening with my vehicle. I entrusted my vehicle at Integrity Auto Repair and any further issues I will definitely come back. Nowadays it is difficult to trust a mechanic without wanting to make money out of you and the car issues continue. I did not feel this way here especially after reading previous reviews. Thank you Eliza and Johnny for all. I will go back for the pending recommendations.

The outside lights on my Ford F-150 would randomly turn on and drain my battery. I took it to Integrity Auto Repair, and Johnny was able to help me out. It was a problem I couldn’t figure out on my own, but Johnny took great care of me. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. They worked around my schedule to service my truck. I brought my own fluids and filter and they gave me no problems concerning that. I contacted another repair shop before going to Integrity and they quoted me a higher price for the service I wanted done so I believe Integrity Auto Repairs’ prices are very reasonable. The waiting area is very clean and welcoming, there are multiple comfortable chairs. Staff were very friendly and I feel very comfortable with who I am leaving my vehicle with for service. I will be back for future repairs and maintenance.
