So much to say but SAD is the easiest & best way. Can’t ever get a hold of anyone in office. They don’t return calls. Scheduling an appt is a nightmare. I’ve scheduled so many & nobody calls or shows up. The AI system they use does more harm than good. I got a back to back call from them 8 times with the same message to confirm a 8am appt 3hrs after the appointment (that was a no show) was actually scheduled for. Rescheduled same day for that afternoon & again a no show no call back. Called in to reschedule again & no schedulers were available so I have to wait 48hrs to hear from them which I doubt I will. Torn between giving them another shot or finding another provider.

This is the very best for in home patient care!! From the services over the phone, to the actual in home visits. It is SO MUCH BETTER than going to the doctor’s office. When you go into an actual clinic/office you may have to sit and wait well past your original appointment time. Sometimes the doctor is rushing to make up time from getting behind. The nurse may have to call the doctor aside to speak with him/her about another matter. All this you or your insurance is being billed for the time period that you haven’t been seen. With IRIS medical group, your physician is always on time! Dedicated to just you and what your situation maybe. Iris Medical Group, (specifically Heather Campbell) is a true treasure, and I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with them/her. Heather, is one of the few providers, (only one I know of) that are clearly seeing patients, and providing care, (not because management assigns them patient X, and providing them care, simply as means of getting a paycheck.) but because they enjoy doing it, and truly want to help others. She is the most attentive, helpful, understanding, and kind, (I could go on) person I have ever met. During appointments, she is fantastic at making you feel like your the only person she provides cares for, never in a hurry to get to her next patient, busy with something else, preoccupied, ECT resulting in feeling rushed, not important, or even like an inconvenience. (Like many/all other providers I've seen) I think most (if not all ) patients, require a different level of care every appointment, requiring different amounts of involvement, help, and time, with the provider never knowing prior to the appointment which kind it will be. Heather has never failed to meet and exceed, providing me those completely different levels of care, giving me the appropriate amount of time, attention, and help needed, while always making me feel comfortable/important/ and not rushed. Always providing personable, taylored, and individualized care, each and every appointment. Heather makes it clear, in the care that she provides, that she truly enjoys/cares about what she does, helping people, by providing them with the tailored and individualized care, they need, in the most efficient and effective ways, resulting in appointments that feel effortless, enjoyable and as a person, not just a patient, feeling valued, important, ending each appointment, with a sense of relief not dread, for the next appointment.
