They have some really good customer service. Julio kept me updated every step of the way and never left me in the blank. Very professional and friendly staff at the shop. He always answered my calls or texts quick when I wanted to know what was happening with my truck. On top of great customer service, they did an amazing body work on my truck. It is flawless. You can't even tell there was damage on my truck. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quick, good work on their car. 5 stars.

Getting into an accident was a terrible experience. I tried looking for an auto body shop to help me with my claim. I came across Islas, and was walked through the whole process. Once I dropped off the vehicle, I realized how much in good hands my vehicle was in. A family-owned business and they provide excellent customer service. Julio was very extraordinary in helping me and answering any questions. I don’t think I could’ve received the same attention to detail or patience from any other shop. I truly appreciate the work done! Also, the extra gifts like an official shop merch and stickers were much appreciated. Islas Auto body all day!

My car was in a hit and run and I just searched the nearest auto shop with great reviews. As stressful as the situation was, Julio and his team took such good care of me and my car. All prices on the estimate looked more than fair and best of all, my car came out looking like it was fresh out the dealership. Their communication was outstanding and even offered financing and support when dealing with insurance companies. I could not say enough good things about Julio and the team at Islas Auto Body. Hands down the best auto body shop, From the start Julio surveyed what needed to be done. Gave a detailed invoice of what he would be doing, direct to the point. Did the work impeccably. Islas Auto body went above and beyond on Color Matching and adding accessories on my truck beating the time frame they gave me! Highly knowledgeable in their trade definitely will use him them for future projects and will refer him to family and friends.

Julio got my rhd Toyota altezza on point , I got this imported from Japan last year and the paint on the roof was rough , they went ahead and painted my roof and my quarter panels with door trim ! Blended the paint really good like oem ! I recommend them 100% they will get you right !

Black is a hard color to match and they did amazing! Thankful they were able to fix my car after a drunk driver hit it. It’s in the past now. What seemed impossible, they were able to accomplish. I couldn’t be happier, these guys know their stuff (I’ll break that part down in this review with a simple, quoted statement). I had gotten quotes from other shops and they kept going around pricing and would get back to me with some numbers that just didn’t make sense for a basic installation of a front splitter (yes, bumper had to come off but geez, trust me, their numbers didn’t relate to common sense!). I had also called a shop that told me that the car’s sensors needed to be calibrated AT ALL COST and that that alone would cost me hundreds of dollars on top of the labor for the install (go figure!) and I knew at heart that that wasn’t true if they simply unplugged the negative terminal of the battery before unplugging sensors and all that good stuff so I decided to brush them off and I eventually came across this hidden gem of a shop. I called, Julio gave me a simple quote right over the phone, he didn’t beat around anything and was straightforward (literally) on what it would take to get things done on a simple install of a front splitter, we set a date and time, I took the thing in and 3 hours later I was told that the thing was done and ready to go. Simple as that! That’s when I knew that they knew exactly what they were doing and what I needed from a shop! Julio, thanks man, truly do appreciate you and the fellas there, keep running things the way that you are and that’ll take you far. All your reviews speak for themselves! 🎯
