★☆☆☆☆ Horrible and dishonest roadside service. My truck broke down only 7 miles from their shop. The mechanic came out and replaced parts that were not the problem, including the oil pressure sensor and oil filter, even though both were in good condition. I was charged over $800 for work that did absolutely nothing to fix the truck. After leaving, I drove about half an hour northbound on I-35. Once the new oil pressure sensor reached operating temperature, the truck shutted down again on the highway. That proves the truck was never properly diagnosed or repaired. When I called back, the response from Juan, the owner was arrogant & disrespectful. No responsibility was taken. Instead of fixing the mistake, random components started being blamed. Then I was offered a tow for over $1,000 for a 40mn trip back to their shop. After taking $800 and not fixing anything, I was basically told to call someone else and was left stranded on the side of the road. This experience cost me a lot of money, time, and stress, and my truck still wasn’t repaired. I would strongly caution everyone before using this service. Based on my experience, the diagnosis was careless, the charges were excessive, and the customer service was incredibly unprofessional.
