First time here. Been looking around for a new mechanic since I recently moved to this area. I've had some bad luck with mechanics so when I say I really like this place just know, I mean it. But what I truly appreciated was their thorough look over of my vehicle, the photos and feedback system they use, loaner car option, and the knowledgeable feedback. Unfortunately I didn't get great news but that's not on them, however I can appreciate the fact they were great in there delivery of said bad news, empathetic and transparent. So definitely would recommend this place to anyone close to me needing a good car shop.

Out standing service! Got my fleet truck in and performed GREAT FAST SERVICE! Starter went out, very good letting me know how long would take and get back on super great service! Only bad and not bad but they dont have tow truck but work with a respectable tow company and got van in pretty quick! Highly recommend Smith service!!

Very pleased with Smith Automotive! I had a diesel truck that had lost power 3 hours from home so I found several repair shops just a few miles where he was setting and I chose Smith Automotive because they opened earlier than any in the area and very good reviews. Driver was able to limb over to them and they got him in very quickly, diagnosed the problem and back on the road in 3 hours! He even dropped the diagnose charge 50%.

I had never used this facility in the past but I had some major issues with my vehicle and I needed to take it somewhere fairly close to home! I called at 7am on a Monday. I dropped off my car around approximately 7:30am. I was greeted by very friendly staff. I received a diagnosis and quote a couple of hours later. My vehicle had a few issues, but we authorized the most critical repairs for now. They ordered parts, made the necessary repairs, and had my vehicle ready by approximately 3:30pm. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, it had been washed and looked like they had even wiped off my dash and cleaned my windshield! I was very pleased with their attention to my concerns, their friendliness, and their affordability! I would recommend them to anyone! I will be back for the less critical repairs as soon as I am able!

Absolutely awesome service. I didn’t catch the mechanics name but he helped us put on our spare donut free of charge when we had a blow out 1.5 hours from home. Such a lifesaver. The waiting room was very clean and they even had a Keurig machine so I could grab a hot cocoa while I waited! Very lovely people and, if I lived a little closer, they would be my go to for sure. ☺️👍🏻

Great auto shop!! They do a full inspection of your vehicle and go over everything in detail that needs addressed with your vehicle. They’re extremely kind and don’t pressure you to add services you’re not looking to do at the time. Have had my car serviced here several times and would highly recommend!
