It’s been a month since I brought my Jeep to get fixed. They gave me an estimate which was already very pricey but I needed my car fixed regardless. Being a college student I asked if there may be any extra costs added to my estimate, because I was bearly able to cover the inital estimate. They very confidently assured me that there were not going to be any extra cost and if for any reason there was, it would be less than $200. And they told me my car would be ready in 5 business days... so i went forward with it. It ended up taking 2 weeks to get my car back, the day they called me to pick up the decided to close and hour early at 5pm when their cards say 6pm (they said their buisness cards are incorrect, good to know) and the overall price came out to $600 above the estimate (so much for $200 tops) and the WORST part, when i finally went to pick up my “ready” car the first thing they told me literally as i walked in “We just noticed that you have a crack on your coolant reservoir”... seriously? The entire 2 weeks they had my jeep i kept calling to get an update and the charges kept going up and up and up. If i wasnt calling them they wouldn’t have called me. they had to wait for me to pick up my car to tell me they “just noticed” something. I had to take back my car the NEXT day to get if fixed... also when i brought it back i told them theres a rattling sound when i turn on my car so they said they could check it. Guess a 15min check up would suffice? they told me it was probably the oil having to relubricate everything and the noise would stop. Its been a MONTH and my car is still rattleing... taking my car to an actual mechanic now.

New to the area I had a issue and these guys came thru like hero's. Fixed my Lil issue an since it was easy didn't charge me a dime. I tried to offer em a 20 and they refused. I've had 3 other shops charge me $120 + to do the same thing JD did for free. Thank you again guys I will definitely be back when I need another repair.

When I needed repairs on both car and truck I took a chance on them and liked how fast they had my truck done on same day it was nice. Then took car in and same results.As for staff that I did interact with they showed me patience and respect with every question I had.of course they are friendly too.I didn't mind the price that I payed as long as I got good work I was happy.thx guys glad I found my auto repair place finally.

Best Service! Our vehicle got over heated. And when they started working on it, they found other things wrong with our wehicle that needed repairs too. But before they were done, they would call us and tell us how much it would be. They would be honest. They said that they could repair it then & save on labor or take it back but it would add labor then. Real honest! They took us home, and picked from our home, due to our short distance from this shop. Would definitely recommend it! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They even washed my vehicle 😉

My boyfriend took his jeep here after being screwed by a different shop who made his car worse than it was and decided to try JD after the good reviews - i have to say service and attitude was amazing. We told them the problem and even though they were bussy they had no problem taking the jeep in last minute. The truck was there for no more than an hour!! Fast and cheap!

I do not give many reviews but felt obligated after my great experience at JD’s auto. I had a Pre Purchase Inspection done yesterday 3-6-21. I was saved a headache and 9000.00 dollars plus the inherited problems the car would of soon gave me. I have a peace of mind knowing that someone did not play me and sell me a lemon. The car had two oil leaks, a cracked seal, rust under the frame so spent sometime in the snow but was being sold as excellent. And many more problems. Everything that glitters is not always gold. JP was very thorough in his explanation, had great customer service, and price was fair. I would definitely take my business back to JD’s Auto.

Tried to support local mom and pop shops so I called JD, he was pleasant on the phone. Once arrived asked me if I had an extended warranty which through me off no "hi or how can I help you". Did I mention no mask at all. Anyhow I proceed to tell about my vehicle and asked for a diagnostic check. I also included concerns about motor mounts.I was told it was $90 for check. Left car @830am called to check on car at 4, Stated other mechanic had to check something else and would call when finished. I confirmed closing and he stated close early. Thank God I asked. So with no phone call I show up at 445pm and asked if so got a phone call. JD said with no mask again, he was just about to call, Bad customer service.I waited another 30 minutes for him to manually input estimate. Estimate re stated what I told him,so I ask for a print out of the diagnostic and was told there is none. No codes no nothing. I paid 90 for mechanic to tell me what I told him during encounter. Yeah won't be back.

Andy is the best!! Has brought my truck for a noise he fixed it and said if there were any issues to let him know. And a few days later I heard the noise again. Called last minute to get it check out and the same day was able to get it service free of charge!! No appt needed. And in a hurry since I was leaving out of town the next day. Great mechanics and I will definitely be switching to this shop. They changed my brakes, rotors and axle on my 2013 lexus es350. I walked in and was greeted by J.P., I explained to him what I needed done and he told me he will give me a call when it's done, I was in and out in 5 minutes. He gave me a call every day to let me know what was happening and if there was any complications. When my car was ready, J.P. explained in detail everything that was done and future repairs I needed. He's never in a hurry to get you out of the shop, any questions you have will be answered professionally and in detail. 1 day later I heard a noise coming from the brakes and it turned out to be the hardware on them making a noise. I called him and he ordered the parts immediately and told me he would have it done the next morning. He fixed it and I have had no issues since then. 2019 Aug 30th: I was worrying about the noise coming from the front. I suspect it was the wheel bearing, and maybe alignment issue (which Benz dealership told me to have alignment serviced). But Andy and JD kindly explain noise and test drive my car to clear my concern. Instead of taking the advantage me. Again I am grateful and wanna share this great experience on public 2019 Aug 02nd: Andy is super friendly and honest. I been here one week ago and asking for quote. Andy didnt give a secound thought writing down a fair quote on his business card, also break down the labor and part cost. And never rush to finish the conversation. I will come back for future service for sure.

Very straightforward honest mechanics are hard to find. This company conducts themselves in a professional manner. They stand behind their work. They have never made me feel that any question is a dumb question but always explain things very simply. I would recommend them to anyone far or near. I don't benefit from this review at all. I just call it like I see it I personally like working on my car. But when I run into a problem that I cannot figure out I can bring it to them and they can work through it. Something that I appreciate as well if they cannot figure it out they will tell me. They won't just charge me for something that does not fix the problem I would give them more stars if I could.

I've taken my truck there twice and each experience was awesome. As a female I always feel as if im being taken advantage of but JP is honest and efficient. Had truck issues that another place wanted to charge me $800 to fix but JP fixed it good as new for $200 less. He didn't just hand me the keys either, he explained it all in crayon format. I will NEVER take my truck to another place. JP is knowledgeable and excellent at his trade. You will not regret taking you're vehicle there.

The person that answers the phone is beyond unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. They scam customers to get more money. I was given a direct quote after having my car checked out just for days later the price to go up and time was extended. He said they can’t guarantee price and that it went up because the work would take him longer than expected. How is it my fault that you need more time? Once you quote a customer a price you should stick to it, especially if you are inconveniencing them by keeping the car longer than expected.
