I can not say enough good things about this shop! The man knows his stuff and is all about helping you through the process. Repaired my 2012 kia soul transmission. With constant updates, which in the mechanics world I have experienced is very rare. The customer service here is OUTSTANDING! Very fast and professional not trying to upsell anything but honest and giving you the option to be preventative. He has definitely earned my trust and will recommend and use J&E Auto services again!

I've been taking my vehicles to J&E for the past 6 years and I can confidently say that he's the best mechanic I've ever worked with. This guy is awesome! Not even an hour after I called he picked up my vehicle after it stalled during a flood. He took less than a week to fix my car and kept me updated everyday on his progress. Great mechanic. Definitely recommend.

I had a door that wouldn’t open from the inside. He fixed it by moving the door handle from the passenger door to the driver side door. Now the passenger door doesn’t work. I paid $3900 about $2900 was his labor charge for 9 hours of work. The dealership is cheaper and they don’t reuse parts I already own.

Such a great experience!!! I need my water pump and timing belt replaced, but I couldn’t drive my car. He came and towed my car, and brought it back to me at no extra cost. He had the car back to me within hours of picking it up. He also explained some extra work that will be needed soon, and I plan on returning to him for those repairs as well. He’s very polite and professional, as well as his wife.

Five stars isn’t enough for J&E Auto Service. My Mercedes E350 needed work and J&E was highly recommended by my brother. J&E handled it like a pro. He swapped out the battery, changed the belts, repaired a leak, and went over everything with care. You can tell right away he knows these cars. Nothing rushed, nothing halfway. What really makes the difference is how he treats people. Straight up, fair, and honest. He explains what he’s doing, charges a fair price, and really delivers. That’s rare, especially with a car like a Mercedes where most shops either overcharge or don’t know what they’re doing. In the RGV, this is the guy you want turning wrenches on your vehicle. Honest, reliable, and a master mechanic.
