Ed was clear on what he thought was causing my Nissan to misfire on 3 cylinders. He completed the simplest repair first, tested it, and narrowed down the problem at the coils. He communicated the results to me before moving ahead with the coil replacement. The final cost even ended up being less than I expected considering how bad my SUV was running. Overall, fantastic communication and nothing but the facts. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else.

I had a brake light out in my vehicle that was wrongly replaced somewhere else in town, and they told me I had an electrical problem. Thank goodness I took my car to J & E! Ed called me shortly after I dropped my car off to let me know that there was nothing wrong with my brake lights: the bulb had simply been wrongly installed.
