I took my car in to get a quote on a front end break job. I left it after calling home to get a ride. It was brisk out side and was not offered to wait inside I received a quote which was double a nother quote. They charged me $100 for the quote. I was charged $25 forrom a competitor. I chose Barry's instead.

Dealt for years with Al Deutsch mechanic at this location. Called Saturday morning for appointment to check on problems my daughter's VOLVO had coming down from Atlanta the night before. She had to return Sunday. J&J identified, found parts and fully corrected problems by 3pm. EXCELLENT JOB ! Newly equipped garage ! Economical, especially for a Saturday ! Car gave great ride back to Atlanta Sunday !

Jose is amazing. I’ve had many things done to many vehicles. Chevy truck, Toyota Camry, and now my Nissan rogue. His team are friendly, i never had to go back for any mishaps after they have completed a job . Jose and his team has reasonable rates, they’re not trying to break the bank and they provide great feedback. I’ve recently had a situation where I wanted jusy JJ to complete the repair and to my surprise my warranty covered everything! I paid the deductible and was good to go. I recommend this shop especially for people like me who are not from this area and is unsure of who to go to . As females we get ripped off a lot. This location is not the case. 5 thumbs up

This place is awesome! I went 1/2/23. The gentleman/Manager answered the phone quickly. He listened to my concerns, gave me some sound advice, and suggested I come in for a closet inspection. I had changed my own rear brakes on my 2016 Mazda, needed confirmation that the job was done right, and to clarify the squealing noise I was still hearing. He checked them, and confirmed the rest brakes were in good shape. The squealing was an indication that the front pads needed to be changed. Since this was it's first brake job, no need to touch the rotors. That piece of advice saved me some money. To find a mechanic who is reasonably priced for what they do AND they tell you what you need is a 5 star shop all day! If there is a job I will not be able to handle in the future, I feel good knowing I can take it back to J & J Crossroad Auto. A definitive recommend👍

Don’t go to this mechanic. He told me i would need replace my rotors,pads and calibers. After I agreed he called me saying he needs to replace the abs pump. He replaced the master cylinder without telling me, which was less than a year old. This man is just taking advantage of people, don’t go there! Save your money! I was told around $900 and I was charged $1,400.

I don’t know what the bad reviews are about nor do I care to read them. I have called the people here before and got great service over the phone on several occasions! But to put the icing on the cake my first experience actually using them and getting tires and in person service exceeded the telecommunications! If you need tires and are looking for the best prices and service whether you’re over the bridge in South Carolina or down in midway this is the place to come!
