This station has the most considerate polite and helpful employees. I pulled in to get gas but accidently locked my keys in the car. I asked George if he could help and immediately said Yes I can. Within 10 minutes a tow truck came and opened my door. George did not charge me anything and neither did the tow company. My business will always be with J. R. Shell.

I found this place by accident, I needed help with my car, a Porsche. The mechanic was able to fix the problem, while I paid for gas He was a trained Porsche mechanic, I also brought my Volkswagen Beetle for a minor repair, he was able to fix that too. Everyone is nice and very accommodating. I trust them completely.

My car unexpectedly broke down and I was able to get it into the station. My first contact was George and he was amazing. He got the mechanic to check it immediately and found out the problem. All of the staff has bent over backwards for me like I was family. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I live in Long Beach and would drive from there to here to have them handle my car. Highly recommend anyone who has car problems or anything to them.
