I've taken my car here twice now and both times I have been very satisfied with the work done. The second time around was for something completely random. I had side skirt extensions installed when a lot of places say no. My only other option was a performance shop but I did not want to do that for the simple fact I had been here before and the gentleman seemed very knowledgeable. I contacted the shop to see if they had any availability the same day to get the engine splash guard re-pinned/clamped, as it was scrapping. Raymond got back to me very quickly and told me I could bring it in same day. He mentioned that the brakes needed to be replaced as they were about to hit the sensor. I went through with getting the brakes done as well, and he even got the parts rush delivered to get my car out for me as soon as possible. His pricing is very reasonable and affordable. I brought the car in around 1:00pm and was out before 2:30/3:00pm. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently he got my car in and out of the shop and his recommendations of what the car needs done as well!

I paid a lot of money, got new tires replaced and brakes done, they also did some work on my front end. But one of the reasons I brought my car to them in the first place still wasn’t fixed. I had to bring my car back 3 times, once to get re balanced, and the other to tell me that he didn’t know. No to mention an alignment wasn’t even done the first time. So in my personal opinion go somewhere else for mechanical issues and only come here for simple stuff. Like an oil change or brakes. 2 Week Update: now each time I make a durn something squeaks on my front end & sounds like it’s rubbing. He absolutely messed up my car! Don’t come here!!!!!

Guy ordered a engine from my brother in law and chargeback the money when received the item. Steal!!! Give him back the engine or refund. What is this kinda of business??? Disgusting!!!! Lol you say I am scammer? This guy ordered an item from my brother in law from Canada and cancelled the money transaction when he go the item. He did not return the item and used the engine. Buddy you will get what you deserve, karma will catch you. You can't do wrong and expect nothing to happen. Give back the engine or send the money.

Ray has helped me out twice now. He is MORE THAN fair and good at what he does. And he genuinely concerned of my safety in my car. September 15, 2025 I visited Ray’s auto repair with 1 check engine code of P0740 for Torque clutch converter solenoid sensor and an unstable idle with stalls . Ray (shop owner) told me that he checked the vehicle and confined it was the Torque solenoid and that in order to repair it we would need to replace the entire transmission, he claimed the transmission oil was burnt, yet I myself changed and checked it myself a week before. I accepted the diagnosis when I asked Ray if there were other issues and he told me “no, I did a full diagnosis” and charged me $65. Wednesday 9/17/2025 I dropped off the Jeep at Ray’s shop and he told me it would cost me $2400 to replace the transmission and it would fix my check engine light and also the stuttering and stalling, the repair would take “3-4 days maximum, you will have it back this Friday or Saturday max, if there are problems that we find we will charge you for them” He offered that I pay him $1800 and that I could pay him the $600 in a month to confirm the work (This is important later) I tracked the Jeep with my onboard tracker as he dropped it off at “Pete’s transmission shop” on Wednesday 9/17 Saturday I had not heard anything from him or his transmission mechanic (Alex from Pete’s Transmission) so I called Ray, and Ray told me that it would be ready “Tuesday max” - 9/23. Tuesday came along and after calling Ray, he told me that his transmission guy would call me (His name is Alex). 9/24 Alex calls me to tell me “we are done with your transmission but we had trouble starting it so we changed the cam sensor” to which I told him that the Jeep had no such starting issues before they got their hands on it, confirmed by Ray driving it and them test driving it, Alex then told me that the Jeep would be ready “tomorrow” 9/25. Today 9/25 I called Alex to confirm that the Jeep was ready for pickup at Ray’s shop and that there were no issues with it, he said no, everything went great, it would be at Ray’s shop at 12pm, fast forward to 1pm I called Alex because I had not heard from either of them and Alex said he would have it at Rays shop by 2pm. 2pm came along and Ray called me to tell me that the Jeep was ready for pickup up and quickly urged that I pay him the $600 right away (instead of the previously agreed upon “1 month later” to confirm the repair was done correctly) Upon arriving at Rays Auto shop, I immediately asked to see the warranty in writing because their work had already raised my suspicions as they took more than twice the agreed time, from 3-4 days to almost 7 and their suspicious “added charges”, but Ray insisted I pay the $600 first after slightly showing me the warranty in writing. After paying, he then showed me on the statement of work that the Jeep would now have an Oxygen sensor check engine light comment under “suggested repairs”, which as noted before, was not there at the time of drop off, confirmed by Ray doing a diagnosis and finding only the P0740, I asked about that and he said “I told you we might find things”, I checked the vehicle with my OBDII sensor as Ray watched and showed him that there were now 2 Oxygen sensor codes that he knew were not there when I gave him the Jeep, he smirked and said “Are you a technician now?” To which I turned on the car and left his premises. They also dented my hood and lightbar by slamming them. I decided to check the transmission work they did and the transmission pan and transmission body itself were leaking fluid all around. Take your vehicles elsewhere, read the other reviews and you’ll see that this isn’t a one-off. I contacted the Bureau of Automotive repair and the cited Ray with 3 different citations, Ray the lied to my credit card company and told them that the BAR had inspected everything and found it all to be perfect, when the report shows otherwise. If you have had similar situations, make sure to reach out to the BAR, they are very interested in speaking to the other people that Ray has wronged. Save your time and money.
