Our Honda’s sliding door broke about a year ago, we have been on the search for someone to repair it and all have gave us false hopes of ordering the parts and “will” get back to us or give never return a call. I found this place from a mom’s group recommendation, reach out to them and then we’re able to order the parts and get it fixed WITHIN A WEEK!!! Really greatly for how they didn’t give us fake informations and actually did their part in helping us. My husband and I have finally found our go to Auto Repair shop!

DO NOT COME HERE, one of the owners is very rude and has a nasty attitude, showing no respect for the customer. Constantly ignoring you, as you are not welcomed. If you would ask him about some prices, he immediately gets annoyed and pissed off. Also,most of the time they make you wait a long line around the traffic heavy college point blvd. There are plenty of auto shops around this area,take your business somewhere else

Best Mechanics I know. We moved from Brooklyn to Bronx, back to Brooklyn, and the only Mechanic we are thrilled to see is J's in Queens. My dad and I are literally happy to drive more than an hour to his shop. They are always busy, which shows how fair and reliable they are. They beat everyone's prices, and give very honest feedback. I went to a dealer in Bay ridge, and they wanted $8,000 for new shocks, and J pointed out its absolutely false, the Honda was only 4 years old at the time. They've worked on my family's cars, and the body work is amazing. I thought my BMW at the time was brand new. I've been to many mechanics and dealers, but J's is absolutely the most honest and fair. I'd never go to any mechanic for the rest of life. If you're tired of being taken advantage of, then simply come to J's, they are very fair, and do great work.

This place was too good to be true when it came to the cheap repair quote. They tampered with our engine when we only wanted our bumpers to be replaced and as a result, our car has massively degraded performance. No wonder why I have trust issues with my people. You are way better off just going to Jerome Ave and getting your car fixed there.

If you are patient, you’ll be rewarded with the most honest and fair price ever. They are so busy, but it’s simply a sign of their fantastic reputation of offering very honest prices and value. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had so many other mechanics try to grossly over charge, even steal my brake pads, and replace with inferior pads, and J’s is truly down to earth and honest. We moved an hour away, and he’s still the only mechanic I trust. Very happy for how busy they are. Their body work is also A+, such beautiful repairs for cars in accidents.

J is the best! So so so honest. He respects customers by never trying to waster their money, and doing very good work for amazing prices. I have been a customer for over a decade. Having J work on all 5 of my cars in that time. A Mercedes dealer wanted $900 to just simply inspect my Mercedes, but J was able to find and fix the issues, and helped with 2 other issues, all for less than the inspection fee at Mercedes. They are always busy because he must have a great reputation. And their body work is exceptional. It is like magic, huge collision, and then the car look like new. So thankful I found J.
