I took my car to another garage, I was told to need repairing this and that, Blah, blah, it would cost me 4~5 grands. I brought my car to J.T Auto, very quickly diagnosed the problem, change the passenger rear side wheel bearing. It costed me $450.0 Now it runs quietly and smoothly. Honest and reasonable price.

JT Auto is the best! My lack of knowledge about the mechanical aspects of cars is embarrassing. It also makes me an easy target for being taken advantage of by anyone fixing my car. So when I come across a shop that's extremely honest, efficient and reliable, I definitely have to write a review! The mechanics who work here are very trustworthy and can basically fix anything and everything. I had a bunch of issues with my car and Joe fixed everything. I was completely and totally satisfied and happy. He also explained everything in a way that I could understand and put me at ease. There are very few businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers. JT Auto truly cares about providing their customers and their cars with the best service. As for the reviews that complain about how their cars weren't able to be worked on because of how busy they are - it only speaks to the high quality of work that JT Auto does - when people find a great and honest place to get their cars serviced and fixed - they stick with it. So it makes sense, that they'd be busy. I highly recommend JT Auto!!!

I have a 2015 toyota that never gave me any trouble until this year. The engine would occasionally shut off when I came to a stop and sometimes wouldn't restart. I took my car to toyota dealership, they worked on it for 2 weeks and couldn't figure out the issue. They still charge me a whole bunch of money and told me to come pick up the car. One advisor told me to buy a new car. I took my car to JT Auto in Braintree. They were able to diagnose the issue in 2 days, and fixed the car on day 3. It's been over 3 months since they fix my car, no issues. These guys are amazing. JT Auto is my new car service Shop now. Thank you guys.

Everything from normal oil changes (pro tip: show up without an appointment at 8am and you will be out in 30 mins!) to "major" work (struts, engine work, etc) and have never been disappointed. On November 15th 2022, my Jeep rolled in with a busted brake line. After initial diagnostic, they said my line was badly rotted and needed to be replaced, which they said they could do for only $300. I agreed and later that afternoon it was fixed. I was told the line was fixed but my car needed other repairs. I thanked them, payed the $300 and left. I had intended to bring them further business due to the low cost and speedy repair. Little did I know that the low cost and speed was an indication of the kind of service they were performing. Now, five months later my brake lines blew again. Come to find out the mechanic cut out the section of the BADLY ROTTED brake line that burst and replaced it with new line, but left the rest of the BADLY ROTTED line, splicing them together with an illegal compressor. I only found that out after having another mechanic investigate why the brakes went out again. Instead of a few hundred in maintenance and repairs, I'm about to spend thousands looking for a new car. I thought I could trust this shop and it nearly got me killed and cost me thousands.

JT Auto is BY FAR the best auto repair shop I’ve been to. As a woman with no knowledge about car stuff, it’s not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic, BUT the men at JT auto were kind, honest, explained everything to me, very fairly priced, and even gave me a list of most to least important of what needed to be fixed on my car, to make sure I was safe & everything was affordable for me. I can’t say enough great things about JT Auto where my family has been going to for years! After being told by Toyota of Braintree that I needed a $1,000 repair for my second row seat (not mechanical) and would have to leave my car for two days, I decided to get a second opinion here — and I’m so glad I did. Within five minutes, one of their technicians diagnosed the problem and fixed my car seat completely — at no cost to me. No tools involved either. The issue was resolved perfectly, and my seat now works exactly as it should. Their honesty, expertise, and efficiency are truly rare to find these days. It’s clear that this shop genuinely cares about helping customers rather than taking advantage of them. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know.
