I had a great experience at One Stop Auto in Braintree! I brought my car in because the check engine light came on, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. The price was super fair, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. You can tell they’re honest and really know what they’re doing. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel taken care of, but these guys nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back if anything else pops up.

I've been having my car serviced here for the last six years! From Carlos, the owner to Jim, and all the excellent mechanics, they are hands down, the best, most professional, knowledgeable, competent and kind business people, really in any category. I’ve been doing business with Carlo, the owner, for 7 years now and I can’t rave about this place enough. I bought my first used car from him back in 2018 and it lasted me 4 years and ran like a champ. I bought a car for my daughter with pricing that was more than fair and transparent with an honest and down to earth owner, Carlo; Him and his son really care about their customers. Great experience. Family business, purchased a used SUV this week and they were class acts all the way, beginning to end. Mike (owner’s son) was great, never pushy, always personable and genuine. The key to sales, especially in the used car business, is to always treat customers like you want their business, and never like you need their business. And when you do earn the business, treat the customer like you appreciate their business. That’s exactly what I got.
