I have three kids all with autos of various kinds and have two more between myself and my wife. About 9 years ago my sons Mazda lost its water pump right at the intersection where JAC is located. Back then it was called Rosberries. Justin bought out this location a few years later. I have had all of our vehicles serviced there, exclusively, ever since! Justin and staff are thorough, fair, knowledgeable, competent, and polite. I can unequivocally recommend them.

There has been more than one occasion where I needed help fast. From power steering fluid being gone, to oil and a check engine light, Justin and his wife have always been quick to help. The shop certainly cares about its persona, and customers. I have never met a shop owner who is willing to jump to help at a moment's notice.

He actually said not to fix my car as it was not worth it. Time to get a new car. Laurie helped out when I asked what vehicles they like since they see them all. Thanks to both of them. I brought my car to Justin after glowing recommendations on Nextdoor and am very happy with the decision. Another mechanic diagnosed a bad power steering pump and pressure hose and quoted to replace the whole thing. Justin recommended fixing only the pressure hose and wait and see for further leakage. I really liked this approach, if no consequence, spending only the money and time needed was perfect for me. It's clear he's honest and does great work. Thank you as well to Laurie and Rocky (pictured), it's certainly not common to have such a pleasant and responsive front office in an auto shop.

I have had the last 3 cars of mine worked on at this place. Extremely honest and they do not ever try and rip you off. I have been screwed many times at other places in the past. I know NOTHING about cars and not knowing anyone that knows anything about cars, I have to rely on auto mechanics, well, I am so happy and grateful for Justin's Auto Care. HE COULD HAVE EASILY NICKLE AND DIMED ME, but He and his wife and whoever else works there take good care of their customers. I highly recommend!! Thank you, JAC!!! Over the years I have taken four different cars to Justin's Auto Care for service. I've always been pleased with the results. They are courteous, friendly professional, and honest. The work performed has been anyting from an oil change, to replacing a starter motor and a drive belt. I would trust them with any type of auto repair that I need. When comparing the prices against what the dealerships charge, its always a better deal when I come here.

They do tires, but wouldn't do mine. Brought brand new tires to be installed, but Justin turned me away, no explanation given. Simply said "I would direct you to a tire shop", as he was doing tires on a car...Was trying to support local, but that didn't work out. Never had that happen before.

I stopped by Justin’s Auto Care because I couldn’t get a few car seat bolts loose, and my socket wrench just wasn’t cutting it. I didn’t have an appointment, but within five minutes, someone came out with the right tool, loosened the bolts for me, and wouldn’t even accept payment. Just genuinely kind, helpful people who care about the community. You can tell this is a locally owned shop that values service and treats people right. I’ll absolutely be coming back here the next time I need real auto work. Thanks again to the team — you saved me a ton of time and frustration!
