This place is the worst! I had the blower from my ac replaced and the following day my car wouldn't start. My car had no issues prior to the replacement. They towed my car back to the shop after arguing with the guy that took my call and the store manager finally agreeing to do it for free.They said the issue had nothing to do with the ac and they did not fix it. I'm definitely not going back to this place ever again! They were rude and disrespectful. I wish I didn't have to give them a star as it is too much of a good review for them.

I tried to make an appointment & was told they only have one mechanic who does alignments so I just needed to walk-in. I took my truck in at 9:46 am. I got a ride home & was told they would call me & was given a card. I didn’t hear from them all day. I called at 1:30 pm & was told that my car was next probably ready around 3:30 pm. Again I heard nothing from them. I drove up around 4:45 pm & was immediately asked if I could leave my car overnight! They had it for 7 hours & now leave it overnight. I said no, & he said that they still had time today guaranteed. I waited then at 5:10 was handed my keys & told sorry I can’t guarantee it to be done today. Bring it back another day. So sad I made arrangements for a car ride & there was no communication. I made an appointment for tomorrow at Brake Masters!

Wow, these guys go way above and beyond anything one would expect or even hope! Even at the end of the day they are willing to check all your tires and see what's wrong with them, then fix the problem, and then explain everything to you thoroughly and politely and in a very good natured way! On top of that they have great prices and great warranties! AND they repaired my stepson's tire for free! BEFORE we even got tires from them! They're awesome!

I live less than a minute away from the location on 22nd, but I've always taken my vehicle to this location for 10 plus years. Jason and Tony are always so helpful, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend this location if you need your vehicle worked on.

I've dealt with Jack Furriers for several years to my dismay they're very unprofessional and rude I will let everyone know about there service and bad customer relations, don't make the mistake I did and get your vehicle damaged due to their neglect, when brought to their attention they like to blame the customer for their bad business practices, this goes to corporate as well as they got defensive and rude with me saying I have an old car I don't take care of, this is the pot calling the kettle black they are careless and disrespect other peoples property take your vehicle to a different tire center they don't care what they damage and corporate will back them. Absolutely fantastic service!!! I don’t have to worry if they’ll do the job right the first time and the prices are no joke the best in town for the services you receive. Genuinely appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Edit: Thought I needed an alignment, balance, rotation after steering wheel started shaking and SUV would pull to the left. It was just the front passenger tire worn out. Expected to spend only spend $200 ended up paying $300 for the actual fix. Not a problem as long as it’s the actual solution to to actual problem. They didn’t UPSALE me which i appreciate. Thank you TONY and JASON in the office and the technicians ARTURO of course thank you as well. I’ll be bringing my biz here a lot more.

If there was a star rating below one I would give it to them. Terrible customer service and they do not want to stand behind their work. I’ve been in there with multiple vehicles and they just do not care to work with you and are completely rude about it. Forget dealing with the customer service dept. - they are doubly useless. Avoid this place like the plague unless you just go in there for a spare tire. Other than that, forget about it.

My family and I have had a bad history with these guys. First, my parents went to get a simple oil change, but their entire engine ended up having to get replaced (with warranty) because the oil filter somehow didn't have an o-ring to keep the oil from spilling out. How bad do you have to be to screw up a simple oil change? And for me, when I had a Subaru Imprezza, I had to get the power steering replaced, maybe I could've simply topped off the power steering fluid itself, but according to them, the who power steering mechanism had to be replaced. And they had to replace it maybe twice or three times, since, okay maybe it wasn't their fault, but the mechanisms were faulty.
