If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! As a mother, I just want to take a moment to publicly thank Jack Mobile Services for helping my daughter. She recently moved to this area and doesn’t really have resources or know anyone here yet. When her car stopped working, it was a stressful situation for both of us — especially being so far away. Before finding Jack Mobile Services, She reached out to about six different mobile mechanics. Let’s just say it was not a good experience. Two of them actually came out, but neither one could fix the issue. One took my money for a “driver’s fee” after she had already explained what was wrong, only to tell her he couldn’t do the job. Another one took the car apart, was literally on social media trying to figure out how to fix it, and still didn’t complete the work — and I was charged another fee. By the time we found Jack Mobile Services, I was frustrated and honestly just praying for someone honest and dependable. From the very first conversation, he was professional, patient, and confident. She explained that the alternator on the car could only be reached by removing the air conditioner, and he didn’t hesitate — he said he could do it, and he meant it. He came out, diagnosed everything correctly, and completed the job. When we found out the alternator we bought from the store was faulty, he didn’t just leave it at that. He personally took it back, got it replaced and tested, and then came back on a Sunday morning to make sure my daughter’s car was fixed and back on the road. That right there speaks volumes about his character and dedication. As a mother, I can’t express how grateful I am to know there are still honest, hardworking people out here who truly care about helping others. It gave me peace of mind knowing my daughter was taken care of by someone trustworthy. So to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuine mobile mechanic — Jack Mobile Services is the one. My 2013 Camry’s transmission was shot. Fast forward to purchasing a used transmission from salvage yard. I asked to see how long it would take for an actual Transmission swap. I asked for a request on Friday, he was here Sunday morning @ 8am. left my home at 4pm after completing the job…. You heard my right. Him and another gent completed a transmission swap in 8 hours. Even the commercialized transmission shops (I.e. aamco, eagle, etc) would need a week/few days minimal to complete a job like this. the cost was competitive as well because they know they’re not the only mobile mechanics trying to make a living. I recommend them 100%
