My sister called them over the weekend to have them take a look at her car the mechanic that was sent out was so rude and had a horrible attitude..kept asking me why is he here and he was at his daughters house and I interrupted . my sister was so mad she even started crying...he didnt even want to look at her car and when she told him about his attitude he speed off in his car...I read alot of great reviews which is why i chose this company but after experiencing that i am second guessing

After reading the good reviews I decided to give them a call. I initially called early in the morning right after 9am and was told to call back at noon because he was at the car dealership. I called back at 5 minutes after 12 and was told that he was working on another car but to text the address and he would come as soon as he was finished. I texted my address as soon as we hung up. I called again at approximately 2:45 and asked was he still going to come out and was told that he never got my text message and that it was too HOT outside to come out now. I waited all day thinking he was going to come out and missed work. Totally ridiculous waste of time with little to no empathy whatsoever toward what occurred.. You run a Business. .. you were aware that it would be hot today when you were contacted at 9 n the morning and told us to call you at noon because you were at the dealership. Then @ noon it was soooo hot... you said you were working on another car. We called someone else and they came out within 30 minutes and never once mentioned the heat nor complained. Don't assume everyone running a business has the same work ethics as you do.
