I spent 85$ on a complete wash, including trunk and mats. In 40 mibutes I recieved a car dirty, with spots and fingers all over the interior . I asked them to fix it. Got an attitude, but they swiped it. Asked them again. I recieved spots in the cars that I did not have before washing it. It was not clean as I was promised. More than that, they used up my windex I kept in the car just in case. If you want to overpay, face rudeness and be asjed to come back for them to redo it and spend another 40 min, you are welcome.

I recently visited Jack's Car Wash for a full-service wash. Overall, the experience was mixed. The exterior of the car was reasonably clean, but there were a few noticeable spots that hadn’t been fully washed. While some dirt is to be expected, I was surprised that I could still wipe away specks with my finger after the wash. The interior cleaning was inconsistent. The trunk, for example, was not fully vacuumed, though the staff was kind and promptly addressed it when we pointed it out. It seems that the quality of the clean depends heavily on who is working that day, which makes the service feel a bit hit-or-miss. That said, the automatic wash system itself works well, and the tire shine was a nice touch. One highlight of the experience was the friendly and helpful staff at the entrance—they made a great first impression. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency, this place could easily move from average to excellent.

I decided to give this car wash another chance. Each time I hoped maybe this time… but once again, no miracle happened. If I’m paying for a car wash, I expect to receive a clean car. I’ll attach photos. For the record, I paid $59 — and my car wasn’t even properly washed.

I had a terrible experience at Jack’s Car Wash that left my vehicle damaged and me extremely disappointed. During my visit, my new roof rack was ripped off inside the wash tunnel, which also left scratches on my car. One of the towel attendants even admitted that this shouldn't happen. Shockingly, the manager told me he “didn't see anything out of the ordinary on the footage,” even though the towel attendant had to walk back into the active car wash to retrieve my roof rack. There was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability, not just from the manager, but also from the ownership. No sincere effort was made to resolve the situation or take responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the wash itself was poor—my car was left with water spots and not properly dried. I do not recommend this place. Please take a moment to read other reviews—many customers have reported similar damage and bad experiences. Stay away!

The staff were initially nice and cleaning was alright (okay, not great as they missed a few obvious spots). I got the GermBuster plus and expected some sort of wax or coating applied. However it felt like the paint coating was stripped after the wash was completed was it was not very smooth. Also, maybe this was a mistake but I could have sworn I left an umbrella in the passenger seat. When I got back, I could not find my umbrella.

I have been a regular here at jacks for about 3 years now, and I never experience anything below excellence at this car wash. They provide the best detail service! My car always comes out looking spotless, and they paid attention to every little detail, inside and out. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure I was happy with the result. They broke the one-touch window control button on my car, and their car washing was unprofessional and ineffective. The biggest problem was that the employees asked for tips from customers, even pointing to a glass jar labeled "Tips." If they had cleaned the car properly, I would have been willing to pay a tip. In summary: they were careless, sloppy, unprofessional, and demanded tips.

The unlimited monthly car wash is an amazing price, I’m very happy with the quality of the car wash, the employees, and the end result. I love that I chose a step up/higher tier in the monthly plan so that I could get the tires nice and clean. I highly recommend it. Professional people and overall very good experience.

This is my 2nd time here because the first time I took my friend’s car to clean. Their car was very dirty due to food and snacks from the kids. They did the good job and made me wanted to go for my car this time. (I recommended them to my husband and they’ve done great for sticky soda spots in his car) I remembered they spent almost 40 minutes for Deluxe car wash on my friend’s car. For my car today, they called me when it wasn’t even 10 minutes! My car wasn’t too dirty, so I expected them to at least well vacuum, but I was disappointed. Also exterior dust was still there. I usually clean my own car by myself, but I decided to pay $39.99 for nothing. Their machine scratched my car, too. As you see the video, I can wipe the dust by my finger. I can give only 2 stars because the employees were friendly, but I don’t think I’ll go back there anymore.

Hello, I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the service I received today. I came in for a detailed car wash, and my main concern was getting all the dog hair out of the carpet and cleaning the dirt between the car seats. Removing dog hair from the carpet can be really challenging, but they exceeded my expectations and left my car looking spotless. Also Jose thank you so much for the great customer service you provided today. If you need your car detailed this is the place to go. I promise you worth every penny.

Great car wash with every type of wash packages you can imagine. From simple drive through exterior washes to full on professional detailing! They’ve got a package for everyone. The prices are also fair in my opinion - unlike some other car washes in the Bay Area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and always great customer service at the entrance. Bonus: If you sign up for their text messages / make an account you get a free car wash on your birthday! Yay. Highly recommend this place.

Have gone here multiple times for an external wash. It’s a good service for that, but not worth the interior clean. Paid $80 for an interior clean. But there was visible dirt on the mats and throughout. Also, they didn’t even put the mats back in place. So, I had to reinstall the mats myself and clean my interior again right after. All not a huge deal, but not worth $80. I’ll just do it myself next time or go somewhere else that actually cleans the inside.

We got the basic $60 for car wash and interior cleaning. The results was great. Our car was cleaned spotless. And, while waiting for the staff to clean the interior, there was a cafe next to the car cleaning area for people to wait in. Can’t say it was the best, but at least they did provide snacks and refreshments and a place to relax. Good quality car wash!

Their "AI helper" told me they were open, so I drove 45 minutes round trip for a car wash. They were closed. I prepaid for the car wash and they refused (on the phone, the next day) to refund me. Edit: I reached out a couple times before the owner's reply to this post; I left my name and number with a clerk and with the owner. If someone would really like to speak with me, they know how.

1. You can arrive at the car wash at any time and find that it's closed. There's no explanation or notice anywhere, they're simply closed. There are no employees or security guards to explain the logic of why the car wash is closed when I desperately need to wash my car. It's important to note that this happens during their stated business hours according to Google Maps, in the middle of the workday. This isn't a one-off occurrence, it's happened four times in the last two months. You pay for a subscription, but you can only wash your car when they feel like it and if they happen to be open. I strongly advise against using this service. It's important to clarify that all these times I was there on a regular workday. These weren't holidays. Moreover, on the days when I was lucky enough to find them open, I asked various employees about their working hours, and they all gave the same answer: from 8 AM to 6 PM. But that's a lie. I'm standing here right now at 3:00 PM, and they're closed. 2. The car is cleaned very poorly inside. I would even say they make the car dirtier because they use the same rag to wipe down all the cars. They will also dirty your mirrors and windows with dirty rags. They'll just throw your floor mats back in the car. And they only vacuum under the mats every other time. 3. I signed up for a monthly subscription, and the person who aggressively sold me this subscription said that I could use the car wash an unlimited number of times. But then, when I printed the receipt, I could read the terms and conditions, where they reserve the right to refuse me service if I come too often.

This was my first time trying this car wash. Signing up was easy—they gave me a free first wash just for registering my phone number, which was a nice perk. The staff were polite and helpful, and I appreciated that they reminded me about removing my antenna. They also scan your license plate for membership, which makes entry quick. The wash itself was fast (maybe 5–10 minutes) and even included an undercarriage rinse, which is something I can’t really do at home. Tires came out looking shiny on the visible side, and the roof was cleaned even though my truck is tall. The downsides: for the price (normally around $25–28), I expected a more thorough clean. The truck was shinier, sure, but bird droppings and small orange stains were still left on the paint, which I easily wiped off at home in seconds. I also noticed a couple of fine scratches afterward—probably from the brushes—though that might be unavoidable. The place is also really loud from the outside, so if you’re nearby, you’ll definitely notice. Overall: staff = great, experience = smooth, wash quality = just okay. For free, it was worth it, but I’d think twice before paying full price

I've been a member here for almost a year. In the beginning, they cleaned my car really well, so I recommended them to four friends, and we all drive to this car wash from San Francisco. However, they're not taking care of our cars anymore. Even though I pay for the top-of-the-line full membership every month, my car mats are still dirty. They charge an extra $20 to wash, and I've never received or had any car air freshener applied to my car. I think my four friends and I will be looking for another car wash.

I feel ripped off! I paid 27usd for their best exterior wash which included cleaning the wheels! My car came out dirty and there was no undercarriage wash! There is a place in mountain view called Kaady car washes that does a much better job for 15usd.
