Lenny from Santa Clara Wreckers referred me to Steven at Noel Miller after I went to our regular local mechanic and then the Serramonte Ford fleet service and they both said the part they needed which I purchased from Lenny at Santa Clara Wreckers was the issue. However SM Ford wouldn't install used and of course they discontinued the part from Ford. The truck is a Ford F-150 2006 and they discontinued the part? SM Ford said sorry there's nothing they could do, it's electrical. And I felt defeated, but I called Lenny to ask if there was anyone he thought could help me, and he did!!! I called Steven and told him about the situation and he asked me to bring the truck in and he asked me, "What was wrong when I'm driving the truck?" Not just stick the electrical connector and diagnose it like everyone else. It drove sluggish, can't go over 30 mph and the RPM gauge goes up and down when I gas it, and the truck seems to be draining battery and always on. Steve diagnosed it after about a week or so (please don't rush the man, he's a freaking master mechanic). And said it might be the crank case and if so it'll be $850 or $2,500, but I don't know till I try. And then he fixed it, the price was about $1,100. He's a genius!

Oh boy... this shop is run by a very rude individual who unfortunately calls himself " owner". No customer service whatsoever. Diagnostic received was subpar and easily contradicted verbally on the spot with factual evidence to which this guy pedaled back by saying " oh..OK.. than that's fine, it must be just me overdoing it".Are you kidding me? You provide misleading info and then come up with such an excuse??? If you're looking for temper, being cut short, making you feel like you're not the patron but owe him something with poor diagnostic skills, then this is your shop. Otherwise, steer way from this business.

Steven helped us with our breaks and master cylinder in our 1965 mustang. He did a fantastic job and had great communication. Steven was a pleasure to work with he's super friendly really into what he does. Highly recommend him or at least go and talk with him he's got fantastic knowledge and will definitely give you his opinion on how he can help.

It is truly disheartening to be a young adult seeking help and to be treated this way by someone who calls themselves a “professional.” From the very first day, the attitude was terrible. I approached humbly, asking for assistance, yet I was met with disrespect and disregard. I was never given any updates about my vehicle unless I walked there myself to ask. Each time I arrived, I was looked at with contempt, which left me feeling vulnerable, especially since I was relying on this person for help. Instead of addressing the real issue with my car, he “fixed” something else, leaving the vehicle in worse condition. He then offered me a so-called “discount” on that first problem, only to later charge me for another repair at a price nearly four times higher than what I found elsewhere—with far better service, attitude and in 3-4 hours! (Real Humble Professionals) I can honestly say this is one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. If you are a woman willing to spend thousands on simple repairs, this might be the place for you—he will open the door of your car, smile, act caring, even flirtatious glances. But if not, expect to be treated like a nuisance, left waiting outside, and only approached when it is time to collect payment. It is truly shameful to take advantage of someone young and trying to move forward in life, smiling only when it comes to presenting the inflated bill. I sincerely hope this person reflects on the way they treat others, though I doubt it, because their behavior makes it clear how exploitative and opportunistic he is. I hope he reads this, and realize how he is. Is never too late to change!
