Unfortunately, I had to go to Chilton (was rear ended). Well, they made it all better. From the first call when I made the appointment (they were available to see me right away) to the estimate and finally at the end, they were professional, kind, and efficient. I initially spoke with Elba and then my estimate was completed by Carlos. Carlos cared more about if I was okay before inspecting my vehicle. Elba was amazing because she, at the time of drop off, found additional damage that couldn't be seen at the time of the estimate due to bad lighting. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I never had to call to find out what the status was. My car was completed early, and they even returned my rental car for me so I was able to get back into my vehicle quickly. It's perfect now and they detailed it as well so very clean. Will return if I have another unfortunate event but fingers crossed, I won't have one.

Got into a pretty decent accident where I wrecked my bumper and within 3 weeks they were able to completely repair and replace all damaged parts. Vehicle was ready when they said it would and they kept me informed all along the way. Great staff and great service. I had taken my car to this location to get my car fixed after an accident. They did a stellar job and the part they worked on looked brand new. They even made sure that my headlights were polished so that my headlights would be working properly. I highly recommend taking your car to these guys because they go above and beyond what you expect from an autobody shop. The manager Kevin is a real stand up guy and he makes sure each customer is happy. Keep up the great work guys.

Absolutely the best. They have a close connection with Enterprise, so I got picked up to rent a car while mine was being repaired. Last month my car got backed into and hit my driver’s side. Luckily, the person that hit my car left their insurance and contact information. I got into contact with their insurance and requested I bring my car into Carstar Chilton Auto Body. I recently received my vehicle and it looked like a brand new car! Elba at the front desk was very helpful and called me throughout the time my car was being worked on with updates making sure I was in the loop with everything being done. Carlos also provided exemplary customer service when I received my car by showing me all the fixes they did. He also handled the rental car that I was driving in the meantime and said he would have a driver from Enterprise to come pick it up. They only took 5 days to get the job done! I definitely recommend going here if you ever get into an accident or a repair.
