I highly recommend this place. Mike provides very efficient service with reasonable and honest pricing. As we are sheltering in place, Mike was able to set up a contact-free service with me. He provides pick up and drop off services, and I paid him over the phone. After agreeing on price, date, and time, Mike picked up the car, completed oil change and tire rotation, and returned my car all within 2 hours. All interactions were done over emails and phone calls. This is my second time using their service and I am happy with their work both times. If you need some auto work done and would like to support small local business during this challenging time, look no further.

I just left this shop after having Mike perform a pre-purchase inspection. This is the 2nd time I've trusted Mike & his team to inspect a vehicle for me & it was worth it because the 1st vehicle was hiding some future nightmares that Mike & his team revealed. That allowed me to avoid a money pit which resulted in finding the 2nd vehicle that turned out to be a pretty solid choice. I also trusted Mike as my only mechanic on a past vehicle & if I had kept it it would still be running & that's saying alot about Mike's knowledge & ability because that specific vehicle was a 2005 Nissan Xterra.....a very problem prone SUV. I 2nd guessed Mike's assessment of the reason for a rough/ dying idle i was experiencing. Make a long story short.......he was right & I could have saved alot of money & stress if I would have trusted him like I had done up to that point. Live & learn. Leaving his shop earlier felt like coming home in a good, nostalgic kind of way. Integrity, trust & reliability are hallmarks of Mike & his team, along with the knowledge & skill to solve your automotive issue. I highly recommend On Trac Automotive

Mike was so professional and friendly. I was getting the runaround at my local dealership and decided to bring my truck into Mike from some referrals and I'm so glad I did. He did the inspection and tune up on my truck, walked me through everything and helped me understand and ask questions. We have gone to Mike for many years to service our cars. He is the best. He will tell you if you do not need something, and when he fixes something it stays fixed. He's honest. His rates are good - not cheap, but since he doesnt do unnecessary repairs you'll likely come out ahead of most places. His quality of work is excellent. We recommend him to all of our friends.

Can't say enough good things about Mike and the team at On-Track. He helped me in a pinch with a AC recharge before a holiday weekend. He was also looking at car tires and saw they were pretty beat, he was to busy to take on the work so he referred me to another shop who were able to do tires in the same day. Mike and his crew are not only extremely knowledgeable, but are very professional and personable when it comes to you and your car troubles. I do not know much when it comes to cars, but Mike takes the time to explain the issue and the importance of not only getting it fixed, but fixed with the right parts.
