Warning, Warning! Do not go to Jack's Car Wash on Atlantic in the city of Bell they damaged my car rims and refused to take responsibility. Roxana and owner claim they reviewed the cameras and did not see any damage. When clearly the rims were in perfect condition when I arrived. Worst customer service ever. They don't deserve not even one start.

If their was a option on rating a -1 i would, yesterday afternoon my mother took her truck to get it washed, and when my mom got home from the car wash she noticed that 4 of her sterio buttons where missing, we went back today to make a complain and just to be told that their is nothing that could be done, that maybe the buttons fell when they were cleaning them, i think that bs cause for a button to come out you have to pull on it right, NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM THEIFS !!!!!

They did a really bad job my kids can do better they didn’t even wipe the inside of my car there’s still dust inside and they didn’t even clean the outside good I basically gave them $30 for free

Jack's Car Wash & Detailing experience was disappointing. Despite bringing my brand-new SUV for its first wash, I was met with unsatisfactory results. While I did not anticipate perfection, I expected a thorough cleaning of my vehicle. The grey leather seats were visibly soiled, likely due to a dirty rag or his pants. Additionally, there were water spots on the rims, windows, and front and rear bumpers. Notably, ash residue from wildfires was still present on the rubber of the windows. The cashier was courteous, and the manager offered to allow me to return for a proper cleaning, which I was unable to do due to time constraints. Furthermore, they provided me with a complimentary car wash as a gesture of goodwill. However, this incident has left me with a negative impression and I will not be returning for future services.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I had a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses stored in my glove compartment, and a few days after my visit, I noticed they were missing. The case was still there, but the glasses were gone. I only wear them on special occasions, and I’m very particular about who has access to my car—no one else had been inside it during that time. I called to report the issue, and while they reviewed the security footage, they couldn’t see anyone opening the glove compartment. Of course, the cameras can’t capture what happens inside the vehicle, which makes this even more frustrating. I genuinely tried to give this place a chance despite my usual hesitation about letting others into my car. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. This experience has left me with even more distrust, and I won’t be returning. Don’t recommend this place unless you want to have something missing from your vehicle.

As many other say they are quick when washing your car but they don’t do a good job cleaning, they left a lot of streaks on my windows and didn’t vacuum under the carpet. I think for 50 dlls they should do a better service.

They're ok. They re quick when it comes to washing the car. But not very good at cleaning it. My wheels still had a lot of brake dust. Windows were left with streaks, and the inside arm rest was not cleaned up. For $50 bucks, I think they should've done a better job.

4 guys working on my car I thought it would’ve been cleaner but nope , the inside of my doors are still mildly stained the window wasn’t washed correctly and there’s still dirt in the back (trunk) & 2 of my tires(rims) weren’t cleaned properly 30$ for a twenty mins. I could’ve done it myself lol

Very Unprofessional, unpleasant no pride in customer service. To top it off the car wash guys were rude when I pointed out the unfinished work. Well your loss I'm the guy that tips $20 or 50 For good service.

Over the years, these guys were my family’s go to for car wash. But they really fell out on quality. Not only did they clean just once side and left the other side all dirty, they didn’t even want try to clean the other side was left unclean. And on top of that they made me drive back to back to tell me that they can’t clean it because it’s just water spots from sprinklers? Like the point of getting a car wash, is to clean your car. If a stupid automated car wash can do a better job then I’ll go to it but don’t bother coming here if you’re looking for your money’s worth’s

Used to be my favorite car wash,even when I move to el monte I still liked to go there. But the last 2 times I took my car I was very disappointed,the first time it was left worse than I brought it in.I call the office and get a credit but then I went back to use my credit and the trunk lid wasn't clean properly. So I decided not to go any more after 12 years going there 🙃 😔😔😡😡.

I stopped by on Saturday, August 27, 2022 after coming here numerous times with no issues. However, on this evening, my right fender, antenna, and door were damaged - their employees were drying my car like nothing had happened. From a distance I knew something was off because my antenna was to the side and fender seemed jacked up. I made the complaint and Manager came out to observe the damages and cameras asking first if I was sure I didn't drop off my truck damaged already - like really? The Manager then proceeded to come out and advise they were liable for damages and would be responsible for repairs; to get an estimate from any body shop and they'd cut out a check for me or pay the body shop upfront and they'd reimburse me. I avoided the dealer to not have them overpay, and instead took it to a smaller shop. After, I provided the estimate to Manager who said she would relay this to her boss (owner). I am now dealing with the owner NOT trying to fully pay what the estimate came out for ($2,500) - he wants to just pay $1,500. - I should NOT be dealing with this Thankfully, I had asked for a signed letter from the Manager noting date of incident and that the car wash was responsible for damage and repairs. Good luck to me in getting this resolved now. *The owner has NOT made contact with me after numerous attempts to get in touch with him/her*

Very poor experience at this car wash. The job was rushed with no attention to detail. They didn’t even wipe the top of my car and left it looking unfinished. On top of that, they failed to dry it properly and scratched the paint by rubbing dirt into the surface. The service felt careless and unprofessional—I would not recommend this place to anyone

So I had the $23 wash, which includes the tire dressing on my 89 bmw convertible, I would assume it's less work due to not having to deal with a hard top.. This carwash is quick, outs your car through the automated wash and a employee takes it to the drying station.. When the place is not busy, a team of guys jumps into your car to give it a quick cleaning.. horrible on the windows, the interior still has dust everywhere, even food crums on the shifter cover.. I mean, it's fast but NOT very clean.. not sure if I want to return..

I paid over $20 for my car to still be dirty inside and out. The front windshield was full of streaks inside. I had to take the car back around to the vacuum bays to have it done properly. Skip this place and either do it yourself or hire a mobile detail tech. If you're in a pinch, you're better off going to a gas station car wash.

Do not come here!!! They do the car wash fast but bad job on cleaning … I had a cup that was leaking coffee from the bottom onto my cup holders ..decided to stop by to get it cleaned ..car needed a wash anyways … paid for the mid wash …when I came out to my car there was still coffee on my cup holder ..asked the guy to rewipe so he did…didn’t notice the rest till I got home..they didn’t wipe down my screen or clean the middle where the shift knob is at ….even paying more you don’t get a clean car So disappointed
