Really service and respect toward customers have gone zero Back in the day they were expensive but good Now they started exploiting customers Avoid them By the way they dnt works on Volvo engine They will make you drop the truck to call you to pickup the truck or they will park at street Owner Joel is putting his hard earned name to jeopardy Total let Down

A good friend of mine gave me the referral to Jack Diesel, Chris & Joel are Professionals at what they do, these two guys go above and beyond to ensure that your truck is repaired in a timely fashion. They get me in, they dont rape my pocket book, they are straight forward mechanics. Had the worst experience unfortunately. Took my truck there 3x to get diagnosed wit no resolution. The 3rd time they didn't appear to even touch it, sat there for a week and my brand new batteries were completed drained when I went to pick it up. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. They always seem understaffed for all the work they bring in to the shop.

This is a shop that knows how to get things right the FIRST time. The owners Chris and Joel know that when your truck is down, your losing money. They are extremely serious about making sure that your losses are at a minimum and they get to work on your truck right away. Their mechanic's are highly trained and very efficient. I highly recommend this shop.........they know what they are doing.

Just recently went to this shop for the first time because I was referred through a friend and this is now the only shop I will be going too for any work done on my truck. Chris gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my truck and fixed it with no hesitation. The entire staff is friendly and overall was a great experience. It was a reliable shop the last repairs they forgot to put the oil pan bolts they changed the air compressor they left me loose hoses the governor bolts came out and on top leeks oil I left it for 23 days and they did nothing I really do not recommend that shop
