For $200 dollars I was told a full detail inside and out. This would include a clay bar on the exterior and shampoo carpet and seats inside. Come back 23 hours later to a truck that barely looks like it went through their now standard wash package for $50!!! The technicians Response was “we done wash the bed or covers! I said well what about windows and wheel wells and door jams. No response just a confused look. I can continuously see why this car center has gone from a line of patrons on the weekends to an empty lot of people standing around. You would be better served finding a group doing a car wash at the local Taco Bell! It would be a better wash and it would at least support a good cause! Google you need to start allowing negative stars!

Took my 2021 F150 in for a detail and after waiting 2 plus hours and $100 bill, I picked the truck up to find it was a mess all around. Detail said the main wash was at fault and vice versa. Wow, all the services that you received in the past are now all additional charges (floor mats cleaned, seats and door panels wiped down). A good rain does a better job cleaning the car and doesn't cost anything. Bugs all over front of the truck, food crumbs still all over center console, floor mats dirty. Why bother? 1/23/23 - Update. The owner reached out and he asked for the opportunity to correct the problem which they did today. Kudos that they care enough to admit mistakes and correct the problem. My truck looks brand new again. Thank you Jacksons' car wash!

I was not impressed with my VIP wash yesterday. The rear windshield is greasy and the driver’s side threshold is dirty. One of the workers removed the manhole cover of the drain so he could sweep the standing water into it; left it lying on the ground near the curb. An SUV drove into it and sent it flying up into the air, nearly striking me in the leg. I was standing on the sidewalk waiting area. Maybe they can’t get good workers due to ICE raids? I really don’t know. Disappointing experience.

I would like to start off by saying that the customer service was great! All the staff members were friendly and professional from the start. I already knew what type of service I wanted (1 all inclusive interior detail) and the staff were able to ensure that I was taken care of. What I am disappointed with is the lack of attention to detail on the interior work. The front cup holder still had residue, water from the cleaning solution was left in one of the center console panels. The right air vent had residue leftover. The front passenger seat still had some visible stains. The center arm rest console was not vacuumed and cleaned. Trash was left in the front passenger handle. The rear passenger seat had stains visible as well. Along with the rear seat air vents. This was my first visit to Jackson carwash and I was very excited as the business looks very professional and the services provided seemed very affordable and decent. Will I use Jackson's services again? Yes, because I do believe that people are not perfect and challenges are just learning opportunities for us. Thank you.

This is one of the worst location for the monthly subscription service. They don’t pay any attention to cleaning the vehicle thoroughly. I had spilled popcorn under the driver seat. Was either of the seats pushed back to clean thoroughly not at all. Why wouldn’t they do that? How was WHITE BIRD POOP on both sides of a jet black vehicle MISSED? Rims and grill still dirty. Really? Oh and got a nerve to want tips. The tip is, the car service is horrible and it’s getting worse. Jackson’s is my absolute favorite and it’s starting to become hard to frequent for the poor and lackadaisical service. If you need help getting it together, let’s talk.

My experience with this car wash was extremely disappointing. The ticket writer didn't even seem to know what was included in the membership tiers. Despite paying for a higher-tier plan for a full service membership, the services I was promised, specifically interior detailing, were not delivered. My vehicle was never vacuumed, the windows were never wiped down, and the doors and door jams were not touched. I ended up having to go to a different car wash, where the service was not only better but also cheaper. They paid close attention to my needs and provided the full interior cleaning I was expecting. What's more, the follow-up from this company has been relentless. I've received several calls and text messages, making this experience feel less like a professional car wash and more like a used car dealership. I have since canceled my membership and have no intention of returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. ***DO NOT*** come to this place for a full detail. Very disappointed and upset that I paid 200$ for a FULL interior and exterior service, when the work done was rushed and probably truly only worth 40$ so I was scammed of 160 bucks. When I picked up my car, there was still trash in the door and some weirdo was like “oh it was probably from the wind, let me grab that”. It’s 120 degrees outside, WHAT WIND??!!! Anyways, just let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Beware you guys. They did send me to a second location on rain tree in Scottsdale, check out the second review and photos.

From start to finish, an absolute nightmare. I just went in for a five dollar car wash and the pressure for me to get a new windshield was uncalled for. After finally agreeing to get a new windshield, which after installation there were an amazing number of scratches and small dents on the car frame. As if it couldn't get worse, after having an appointment for my "free exterior detail" for two weeks, I went in today and was told they were "slammed" with 6 detailing jobs in front of me. I was then told that I could come back tomorrow morning. By now, I was so frustrated by the entire experience, I told them to forget it. I promise I'll never go back to Jackson's car wash.

I don’t know why I pay 100 for a full interior wipe down and they did it a little too quick for that amount of money. The seats are wipes and looked good but I specifically paid this much to get all the door jams and plastic wiped down and they missed a lot in the trunk and didn’t wipe anything in back seat. The is the only Jackson’s that has always felt like a robbery after I got there. Dirty dirty sales tactics and blabbering lips……. You guys never ever wipe anything down. Canceling my membership now. That’s all folks do not go to this Jacksons…. Pick another. They all aren’t bad

My car was clean and their machines work well. Too bad I can not say the same about the customer service. Out of the 5 persons who tried to upsell on windshield replacement and other things only one gentleman was genuinely nice. Maybe show better customer service instead of trying to just upsell. Smile and don’t be so snotty. Will never go here again or recommend.

I have visited several Jackson's stores previously, but today marked my first experience having my car washed at the Happy Valley location. I was thoroughly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail exhibited by the staff with my vehicle. The employees demonstrated professionalism, and I certainly felt that customer service is a primary focus for the team at this particular location. Although I travel throughout the valley, I will now make it a priority to visit this location whenever my car requires a wash. Thank you guys for the great experience!!!

Had the best experience with Jackson’s in Norterra. Just wanted to have my daughter’s seats shampoo’s and cleaned. Manager Mayher found a way without up charging me and made sure his detail guys saw the trouble spots and they went over the area a few times because of the stubborn stain. He kept me in the loop and got me a free coffee and a VIP wash the next time. I always go there but this cemented my loyalty.

So I gave my mother in law a car for the grand kids. Big suv, kinda old, nothing fancy. It sat in her yard with the windows cracked open for 4 years. I took it to Jackson's and paid for them to clean and detailed the inside. I knew this was a big job, but I wasn't expecting much... 4 hours later I was looking at car that looked like new inside. There was no longer the layer of dirt. No longer kid stains from years past. No longer that smell I could not identify, but suspected was not good to breath in. This car isn't in the best shape, but after taking it here its in the best shape it can be. I will be bringing my other cars here in the future. Great gift idea for Christmas too. 5 stars

I came into Jacksons to get gas on Saturday and ended up having the most hospitable experience one could ask for! The store manager Tre really went above and beyond to ensure I got my money's worth. Tre made sure I got my wash at a discounted price and took 50 cents off per gallon on my gas! He pumped my gas, washed my car and sent me inside the store to get a coffee on him! No pushy sales! just great service! thank you Tre! and thank you Jacksons! keep up the great work :)

This place feels very welcoming! This past Saturday was an absolute great experience. Brought the wife’s car in with no appointment and no expectations. From the start the customer service was exceptional! Paz was very informative and explained how I needed an appointment typically but still was courteous enough to call the store manger over to see what could be done. This manager was very hospitable as he listened and responded with a solution that was simple and easy for me! This is how customer service should be! Thank you Jackson’s!!
