I highly recommended Jacobs Auto Body Shop! My car was hit in the rear and a claim was called into my insurance Company. Jacob was highly recommended by my Mechanic and so happy I called them.. I made an appointment and was assisted by Jacob and later on by his wife Devon, a lovely young couple who are both professional and courteous. They handled every aspect of my claim, as far as dealing with my insurance Company, getting me a rental, letting me know approval and the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Jacobs Auto Body Shop, you will not be disappointed!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jacob's Auto body and Customs. Devon and Jacob are simply amazing people. Jacob is by far the most professional and knowledgeable guy I have ever worked with in any kind of business. Not only is he professional, but he treats you like a real customer. While Jacob was fixing my quarter panel, he noticed another area (not on the quarter panel) that was peeling clear coat and addressed that area as well. The work he does is top notch quality and I HIGHLY recommend you to go here for any body work needed. This was my first visit at Jacob's, but not my last. I am proud to say that I will be a new and returning customer.

I highly recommend Jacob's auto body. We needed their service after an accident. They handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and courtesy. They dealt directly with the insurance, reserved the rental car and kept me posted every step of the way. The repairs were well done in the time promised. Son's truck needed serious rust repair work to hood, roof, and back fenders. Contacted several shops but knew immediately we wanted to support this young entrepreneur and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They truly provided custom service from start to finish. I had a hail damaged work truck that need a functional repair without working so much about the cosmetics. He not only repaired it functionally but it looks great as well. I am updating my review, because I recently went back to get another one of my cars painted by Jacob and his team. They have now painted 3 of my personal cars. I mean … can we give this young man and his business 10 stars!! ⭐️ Absolutely beautiful work on all 3 of my BMW’s, professional, honest, and genuine people. I do not and will not ever trust anybody else with the bodywork of any of my vehicles besides Jacob Auto Body! Our family has used Jacob’s Auto Body on several occasions. We have been so incredibly impressed with their work and have had terrific experiences interacting with them. The only silver lining of experiencing auto damage is having Jacob’s Auto Body to work with and support you. I wish every business owner was as professional , knowledgeable and caring as they are. This time my insurance carrier decided our vehicle was totaled. That said Jacob still devoted much time and energy to help us through this process. It’s consistently apparent that he sincerely cares about helping his customers, and is quite passionate about his career. Devon is truly amazing as well and always super helpful. Teamwork at its finest, and you’ll be quite pleased with the results.
