First Off I Wanna Give Jam Collision A BIG "THANK YOU!" They fixed my Mitsubishi Outlander after a horrible front end accident. She's Brand New Again ! Every time I called I got a same day or next day call back, no matter how annoying I was. They kept me up to date with everything every step of the way! Down to what parts had a hold on them ! I’m very frustrated with the service at Lawrence Collision, I’d give it zero stars if I could. My husband brought his car in for an estimate, as part of the bumper had separated, leaving a hole for water to get into when it rains, pooling in the backseat. At the initial assessment we were given a reasonable estimate to put the bumper back on correctly and redo the weather stripping. We informed them at this time that the bumper had recently been replaced due to a collision and might not have been properly put on, and we didn’t want the original shop fixing it again as we’d had problems there in the past. Fast forward 3 days to our repair appointment, loaded both kids in the car to drop one car at the shop for repair and bring my husband to work. We got a call an hour later only to say they wouldn’t repair it because of the previous work that had already been done, which was thoroughly discussed the week before. What a waste of my time. I will absolutely not be returning, please proceed with caution when considering having work done at Lawrence. Edited to respond: I appreciate the quick response but respectfully the other work was brought up initially, and added to say that the original job might have come dislodged because of an unknown bump in a parking lot or something similar when explaining the problem, as we don’t know how it happened. I completely understand that you choose not to work on previous repairs, but it was discussed in the initial consult and added that we were unsure how it came unhinged as it was a new bumper. We understand you took time to look at the vehicle but denying services up front would have been preferable.

Great shop with good customer service. The front desk staff and mechanic were very patient and answered all my questions. They repaired my car flawlessly, the car looks brand new. The repaint has a lifetime guarantee which I really liked. As a bonus they washed my car and even vacuumed the interiors. Will definitely return in the future if I need car repairs!

This is the second time we have used JAM Collision, this time to repair damage to my Mini Cooper after hitting a deer.
