This shop is a sham the work is inferior and your complaints go unresolved. Paint bubbled chipped fenders and other parts fastened with plastic ties I'm very sorry I ever when there do not give these people your car.

This company is owned by A Jamaican guy Name Mike. If u need any work done to your Vehicle please NOT GIVE him your business. He will screw you over.... Really bad body work and terrible paint. Use the cheapest material. 2 months and your paint is faded. DOES NOT DO A GOOD JOB!!!! BUT CHARGE YOU BIG..., STAY AWAY ITS BETTER TO GO TO MACCO.

When My 2004 Jeep Wrangler had a cracked windshield top to bottom, I called for a replacement and was told I needed the rim around the rusted window frame repaired first. Since I am a senior and a woman ,my list of autobody shops was limited ! He recommended JAM for their honest , reliable and good price. Mike saw me the same day , staying open late to wait for me , had the patience to explain everything. In less then a day he repaired / painted , added new bumpers, and arranged for new windshield install. Look no further . Thanks Mike

They have been working on my car since February! I’m so tired. So so tired. I told him not to work on it, he disregarded my request, called my mom and somehow managed to get my mom to send him my money and he proceeded to work on the car! The car has countless problems and I requested him not to work on it because I knew it was going to be an issue. Now it’s August, no call no car no nothing. I’m so tired. I spent endless dollars on rentals to get to work because I travel for work. I’m so tired. So fed up. I don’t know what to do at this point. I want my money back. No one answers when I call, it just goes straight to voicemail. I sent text messages expressing my distress, no one takes me seriously. I have no car. I can’t get anything done. I feel stuck. I’m tired.
